How do you write a sim card review... LoL. Well it fit just great. And is quite beautiful... Ok so really. :-) I bought 2, they arrived in 2 days, I'm in the usa. I put these into my tmobile phones, both are Samsung Galaxy S5. I went onto, [...]. It's very easy, i entered the sim number because that'll be on the page when you get into the website, and that easy, it activated my sim, i did the same for both. Then what you need to do, is purchase, if you have not, purchase your monthly service plan, i chose the 60 dollar, unlimited everything, including unlimited 4g. That's one important thing id like to share. Data plans usually say, unlimited everything, but... You'll see where it tells you, how much 4g or LTE your purchasing... Ok so say you buy the 40 dollar a month simple mobile plan, it says, 2gigs of fast internet, 4g, lte, and yes, it says, unlimited internet. However you will ONLY get 2 gigabytes of that fast 4g internet. After or if after you do use up 2 gigs of 4g, simple mobile will slow your connection, yes it becomes very slow, usually 2g, or edge. You will not be able to stream movies, music, or play games on a connection that slow, so keep in mind, unlimited doesn't mean unlimited 4g, unless it specially states so, like simple mobile has this 60 dollar a month plan, that's what i use, it is, unlimited 4g... Unlimited everything else as well. Talk, text... But you get unlimited fast internet. 4g, LTE, KEEP IN MIND... even Tho you get this, its meant for your one phone alone, simple mobile doesn't include hotspot, that means you cannot use your phone as a tower to provide internet connection to other devices. If you do not kno what that is, or have no plan on using ur phone as a hotspot cell tower. Then totally disregard that... Okay.. So... After after you enter your sim Card Number...you will be directed to the info on one other important step to the swapping of mobile services, your data, your 4g. To use your internet. There are a few steps to follow. And the website does explain it all. However if you're new at this, have never set up your own phone for internet service, you can call simple mobile, because 24 hours a day they do have tech support. But if you follow the steps, it's quite easy. Its just going to your settings into your mobile connections, and into your APN settings, and adding simple mobile amd their info to connect. So that's about it. It worked perfect with my tmobile phones my service is great, my 4g is wonderful I've had no issues, I've not dropped, my calls stay on, and clear. I live in Maine, and we have fewer towers here so signals can be tricky. Check simple mobiles web site too, they have a map, of the usa if you're checking on connections in your state. I know if tmobile works in your area, so we'll simple mobile. Good luck!

I needed an off-network (AT&T) SIM to test the IMEI unlock on my iPhone, so I ordered one of these.Install was straightforward, activation was easy on their web site. After activating, I got the features promised without having to fiddle around with magic network settings. It just worked.Better still is the $50/month unlimited plan. True, being an AT&T phone on T-Mobile, I wasn't expecting any better than 2G, but with T-Mobile's refarming, I've actually been getting 3G in some areas.I've also used the SIM in my iPad-3 (Verizon), and it too, works fine, along with the spotty, but unexpected 3G coverage.I'm thinking real seriously of paying AT&T's extortionate ETF and just going with Simple Mobile full time. I have no need for MMS, and don't use that much data on my phone. This would cut my monthly phone bill in half, which would pay off the ETF very quickly.

I have an iphone 4 that was locked to another major carrier's network. I got it unlocked and shopped around for a prepaid service. Another major carrier wanted a 100 dollar deposit to start a contract for 54.99 - I found Simple Mobile, that uses the same towers as the carrier that wanted a 100 dollar deposit and am very pleased.For anybody interested, the card I received was not cut, it was a proper sim card. It worked perfectly with the iPhone 4 but be aware that if you had your iPhone on another major carrier you will need to get it unlocked to work on this network. It's really not a big deal to do that and well worth the extra step to break out of the contracts.So far my reception has been much better than on the major carrier I had it on. I get unlimited talk and text and yes the data is on the slower network but I really don't use data that much so it's not a big deal for me. Very, very pleased.

When I was looking to get my Nexus 4 as well as my girlfriends N4 service I started to shop around for Simple Mobile Micro SIMs I found that depending on where I went I could get a very wide range of prices. A lot of it was dressed up in the word Activation or Activation fee. Don't fall for it! The Simple Mobile Website will sell you a SIM or Micro SIM for $8.00 each and the local merchants will change you anywhere for $30-$50 per activation. The only thing these people are doing is what customer service at Simple Mobile themselves will tell you you can do yourself. The representatives will tell to go to call Pinzoo.com buy a PIN and call them back. I bought two Micro SIM cards from Amazon and paid a grand total of $2.14. Don't throw your money away, times are tough, do yourself a favor and buy your SIMs and Micro SIMs from Amazon merchants. I will suggest this to my friends and relatives.

Bought one of these before traveling to the US. I needed a cheap data plan for my phone since I was going to used it as my Navigation device (GPS fees on car rentals are outrageous). This one worked perfectly on my Galaxy S4. Got recognized the moment I landed. My only complaint is coverage... take your time to check the coverage map on the Simple website. I was completely incomunicado on the country side of Virginia, but i guess, due to the location, i wasn't alone.

The good:- Cost of the card is very cheap- Quickly delivered- available in micro-SIM format- plans are very simple to understandThe bad:- as Simple Mobile is an MVNO on T-Mobile's network, iPad & iPhones cannot use 3G, only the old & slow 2G (EDGE) - the title of the item is a bit misleading- the micro-SIM is poorly cut from a regular SIM, it's not a real micro-SIM. May cause issues with some phones.Conclusion:- good if you want to use it in a dumbphone, or with a phone compatible with T-Mobile network, or on a iPhone in slow-motion mode- to take full benefit of an iPhone or iPad, it's better to use an AT&T SIM card (or MVNO using AT&T's network)

Okay, eine Registrierung von DE aus IST möglich. Man erhält auch eine Nummer. Aber alles andere geht erst in den USA.Eigentlich wollte ich die "ILD"-Option für unlimited calls nach Deutschland. Dazu hätte ich jedoch die Karte mit einem der teureren Prepaid-Pläne (mehr als 29 Dollar) aufladen müssen. Der ILD ist NICHT mit den günstigeren Optionen kompatibel. Mein Fehler. In den USA dann war ich in einem Best Buy und habe mir dort helfen lassen. Man beachte: Simple Mobile ist den den USA ein Auslaufmodell und wird (wenn überhaupt) im Sale verkauft. Egal... die Dame dort hat bei Simple Mobile angerufen, was alles in allem beinahe eine Stunde dauerte. Sie buchte dann nach langem hin- und her für mich den sogenannten "Pay-as-you-go-plan" dazu - für 10 Dollar. Dann sagte sie mir, ich hätte nur 20 Minuten Zeit, damit nach DE zu telefonieren und ich solle die Gespräche kurz halten. Okay, besser als die Karte gar nicht zu nutzen.Jetzt kommts: Meiner Meinung nach ist man - wenn man schon simple mobile hat - mit diesem pay-as-you-go-plan besser dran als mit "ILD". Denn man muss ja für die ILD Option einen höherpreisigen Prepaid-Plan kaufen, den ich persönlich überhaupt nicht ausnutzen konnte... mit dem kann man innerhalb der USA bis zum Abwinken smsen und telefonieren. Das nützt mir wenig. Zwar haben wir Freunde da; die haben wir aber nur 2x angerufen und da lohnen sich keine 49 Dollar.Also: Die Aufladung mit pay-as-you-go brachte mir fast 500!!!!!! Minuten Gesprächszeit nach Deutschland. Und ich habe AUSGIEBIG telefoniert und munter MMS geschrieben.... am Ende der zwei Wochen Urlaub hatte ich immer noch über 9 Dollar von den 10 übrig und noch weit über 400 Minuten. Das Guthaben wollte nicht schrumpfen! Schade, denn der Basisplan läuft Ende April aus und dann ist ALLES Guthaben weg.Nervig: Für internationale Gespräche muss man erst eine Zugangsnummer wählen. Aber hat man das 2x gemacht ist es easy. Zugangsnummer... dann kommt eine Ansage "for international calls dial 001, followed by the country code, city code and phone number". Also z.B. 001-49 (für Deutschland ohne die 0), Vorwahl ohne 0 etc. Dann folgende Ansage: The number you dialled is NOT covered by your plan.... KEINE Sorge, sie ist aber abgedeckt durch die 10 Dollar pay-as-you-go. Lasst die Dame einfach reden und wartet auf Verbindung. Funktioniert. Die Verbindung ist etwas kratzig; aber akzeptabel.Einzig doof: Ich hatte ausschließlich in den Städten Verbindung. Außerhalb standen zwar Netze zur Verfügung; in diese konnte ich mich aber mit der SIM nicht einbuchen (ging auch mit meiner Congstar-SIM trotz D1 Netz nicht).Wenn ihr mit der Karte ins Internet wollt, müsst ihr den entsprechenden Plan buchen. Aufpassen! Internet ist nicht überall enthalten.Allerdings bin z.B. ich mit meiner Congstar-Karte ins mobile Netz gegangen. Ganz komisch wieder: Es hat mich keinen müden Cent gekostet.Ich bin mit 16 Euro Guthaben in die USA und die habe ich nach wie vor drauf. Insgesamt war ich vielleicht 2 Stunden im mobilen Netz und dafür wurde nichts abgebucht. Kann ich mir auch nicht erklären; war aber letztes Mal auch schon so. Am ersten Tag in Phoenix wollte ich ins mobile Net und bekam eine SMS, dass ich 15 Euro für 24 Stunden und ganz wenig MB zahlen muss. Das habe ich unterlassen und bin nur über WLAN ins Netz. Später dann habe ich es erneut probiert (in den USA gibt es ja verschiedene Netze, in die man sich dann einbucht). Ich muss wohl eins erwischt haben, wo das nicht mehr notwendig wurde. Auf jeden Fall mit ich mit der Congstar SIM dann ins Internet gegangen und kam einwandfrei rein. Die Verbindung war immer nervig langsam; aber für gelegentliche Infos hat es gereicht. Aber zurück zum Thema....Da Simple Mobile ein Auslaufmodell ist, würde ich es nicht mehr kaufen. Allerdings habe ich auch keinen Rat; denn in den großen Geschäften wie eben Best Buy oder Ultimate Electronics wurde mir gesagt, dass es angeblich keine SIM Karte gibt, die günstige Gespräche nach Deutschland bieten würde. Aber steht man vor den Regalen gibt es ein unendliches Angebot von unendlichen Anbietern. Man muss sich wohl durchwühlen. Und jeder hat andere Erfahrungen gemacht.Der Anschaffungspreis der SIM war hoch - in den USA im Sale weniger als 5 Dollar. Die Beschreibung ist total kompliziert, obwohl es eigentlich einfach ist - wenn man es verstanden hat. Netzabdeckung eher schlecht; durch den Grundplan (den man kaufen muss) wird das ganze recht teuer und nur durch den Dollarkurs akzeptabel. Wenn man wirklich viel nach DE telefoniert und evtl. auch innerhalb der USA lohnt es sich dann schon. Aber es gibt ganz sicher viel günstigere Möglichkeiten.

Ich hatte diese Karte für unsere Reise in die USA gekauft und bin leider sehr enttäuscht worden. Die Netzabdeckung innerhalb der USA ist sehr bescheiden und auch der Umgang mit der Sim ob Aktivierung oder Einrichtung ist alles andere als einfach. Ich kann Sie nur für Personen empfehlen die im Osten der USA Urlaub machen wollen oder ggf. sich hauptsächlich im Westen aufhalten für eine Rundreise ist sie garnicht geeignet, da man mit dieser Karte in einigen Bundesstaaten wie zum Beispiel Nebraska, Wyoming usw. garkein Netz hatte und auch kein Roaming Partner zur Verfügung steht.
