Because of the laptop being from other country (Maybe Russia or Europe). But still Fantastic.Body condition is New.I mean what more do you need.Expert IT Solution House is doing their best. Love it.I'll write a review after 6 months of usage again.

Functionality, Speed, quality, battery life all things are good.

The laptop was very clean and was like new. It was decent in terms of performance. Battery lasted about 1 to 2 hrs depending on usage.But lapto had keyboard replaced and the new keyboard they put is not good. Has a clicky feeling and keys don't get pressed sometimes.
