Worthless instructions, wrong parts sent
First, the instructions provided are useless. Luckily there is a youtube video someone made showing how to install this. After watching the video, the installation wasn't terrible, if you have the right tools and they provide the right parts. The pieces didn't fit my 2017 Vulcan S. The holes didn't line up so I had to bend both sides in a vice to get it to work. Got the two crash guards installed on each side but when I went to put in the last piece (the stabilizer bracket at the top that secures the two guards together) the remaining screws didn't thread, they just fell out. (too small) I thought maybe I used the wrong screws attaching to the bike. Tried those and they seem to be the correct size, but don't thread. So none of the supplied screws worked. I contacted the seller and we traded half a dozen messages with me explaining what was wrong, including pictures and was finally told "sorry friend, others have made this work". I've been to 2 hardware stores trying to find something to thread into this stabilizer bracket with no luck. Extremely frustrating considering I've provided pictures and descriptions of the incorrect parts and they won't ship me a new piece that actually works to complete the install.

My review
The holes on the piece that goes in the back of the frame that gets the screw and bolt didnโt line up correctly and the screws that connected to the cross bar didnโt match so I had to go and buy some from the hardware store other than that (which is major) they look good on my motorcycle, you get what you pay for so you canโt beat the price for the look youโre looking for

Better pictures and instructions below.
2021 Kawasaki Vulcan 650 S instructions. 1. Modify right hand side bracket as shown in pic 2 since it hits brake fluid reservoir bracket. Smooth out sharp edges and use black paint/nail polish to touch up. Dremel/grinder/file works fine. 2. Remove black plastic piece as shown in picture. 3. Remove the top two bolts, third is not installed from factory. 4. Slide the guard in place and install the three bolts. 5. Top bolt needs nut and washer on the back side also. Use magnet/tape/hot glue on open end wrench to hold nut. 6. Leave everything little loose until other side is done. 7. Install top cross bar linking two sides. Use one of the removed factory black bolts for this so it blends in. 8. Check for any wires & hoses touching the metal, use zip ties / wire shield if needed. 9. Tighten all 8 bolts 10. install the trim pieces.

Donโt buy if your Vulcan S is 20โs models.
These did not match up with my Vulcan S 650. The bottom two bolts on both side lined up great. The top holes that go behind the frame bars did not line up with up with anything. There were parts of the bike that the brackets could not fit around or fit in front of. The instructions were terrible. The videos of a similar product were somewhat helpful in proving these were not fit correctly for my bike.

Easy peasy to install fits great
Fits great on my 2020 Vulcan 650 S! Watched a couple YT videos and went to work! Hubby only helped with holding things up to line up the bolts and bending the one tab back to fit behind the 1 bar, and of course supervising so I didn't need EMS haha. Instructions were ok but learned lots more from watching videos! PS fog lights sold seperately

doe not fit 2018 model
slag in bolt made it unusable without a threadchaser, then the instructions told me I have to bend the tabs a little bit ?

Received damaged.
Bars seem like they are sturdy and of good quality, however mine arrived damaged. Gouged through the paint and into the metal. There are also (not pictured) scuffs and scrapes on the bars. Almost looks refurbished. The box is undamaged so it was shipped that way. Result: return initiated.

5 star product with zero star seller
This product is 5 star, quality of steel is high i took 1 star away for no instructions what so ever provided. A paper with pictures says for 2019 vulcan you need to bend some part to make it work, mine is 2019 and it fit nicely. I watched many youtube videos to figure out which bolt places and took so much more time than a straight forward install, it was missing some washers as well. So good prduct but no instructions. I have attached pictures her to help others to figure out the bolts
