Gym Junkie...
You have done it again, Ms. Swann! Took there, tossed me around in a ball of confusion and turmoil. While I am still salivating over the very first book in the Stanton series, I must say that this one gave me the thrills and chills as you brought us and gave us a conclusion to the TC caper. If you have not read a book that holds you and wraps, no swallow you up in one big gulp, then you need to read the Stanton book series. Hopefully, you'll get so caught up that you forget they are stories made up of characters. You think you know them personally and are part of the group dynamic that T.L. Swann has so adequately described. Not to mention the steamy sex scenes. Once the characters referenced a song, I couldn't help but start reading the books along with my musical playlists. There were so many songs that just fit with the storyOk, now on to the next book. Thank you again, T.L.!

Great story, enjoyable to read, and very erotic.
I really like these books by this author. The one thing about these books that could be different is the ending of them. Not everything ends in a good way. That is a fact of life. These books always have a happy ending. It would be a surprise if they didn’t but it would be a good thing.

great story
I absolutely loved their story. Brock is hot hot hot but complicated and loving. The typos are annoying at times but honestly tl swan creates such a solid story I look past it! Great read.

Brock & Tully
I thought I would like this book a lot more than I did.Brock is easier to like than Tully because he was real and what you saw was what you got - Tully, on the other hand was all over the place. I hated how she treated Simon and then she played games with Brock. This is just my opinion which I am sure won't be a popular one but this was what I thought.

just ok…
I like this author and have read many of her books. This one was just ok….there were a lot of characters and I had questions at the end. Particularly about Meredith. I thought this was a standalone and not a series, so I guess I won’t know…

Gym Hunkie
As I continue my trek through the TL Swan catalog I have to say I’m really enjoying myself. Gym Junkie was so very endearing. I really enjoyed Tully despite her early judgmental ways. She was very decisive and knew how to go after what she wanted. She was vulnerable when she needed to be and took none of Brock’s crap when he tried to dish it out. I was also very impressed with the way she handled the Simon situation. That was an impossible choice but I feel she made the right one. And then there’s Brock crazy sweet unstable dependable Brock. It was so interesting to watch him find his way in a relationship for the first time. Even though he fought it, when he decided to give his heart he gave it all. That mixed with the spiciness of the book made this a truly enjoyable book. 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Disappointing
I love a strong alpha-maie and I enjoy a romance where things don't always go to plan and there are some 'bumps in the road' - it makes it more believable. Gym Junkie unfortunately missed the mark for me in a big way but I wanted to finish the book to see how things turned out - so it wasn't all bad.Starting with the positives, I like that the author tried to write a romance that worked through the difficulties faced with couples who have a past which affects the relationship and the serial killer story weaving through the book was pretty well thought out. I think the 'insta-lust' between Brock and Tully was hot and loved the way Tully decided to throw caution to the wind for once. The support characters were worthwhile additions and I found the Meredith character to be the cause of quite a few chuckles. However there were quite a few negatives which spoilt the book for me. First and foremost the main characters had traits which I loathed. I didn't like the way Brock treated Tully after their quickie at the gym (or the disgraceful action during either for that matter). He was investigating women who had been abused and he was acting like a Grade A stalker! There were other worrying characteristics which would have sent me running a mile (or booking him in for an Anger management course pronto). On the whole he treated Tully like a piece of s***.Similarly, Tully was a frustrating woman. She had a one year break from her ex SImon and was upset when he was with another girl! Then when he is ill she runs after him and effectively dumps Brock and wonders why he gives her a hard time when she is ready to get back with him. Added to this a horrendous amount of typos and I am afraid the best I can give is 3 stars.I did enjoy the other TL Swan book I read, so I will continue to try the others as I think this one just wasn't for me.

OMG!!!!!!!!!
I have been so excited for this book to come out, ever since I read the blurb and found out that this was the next book that T L Swan would be writing. I knew before I even read this book I was going to fall hard. And I was not disappointed I did indeed fall very hard a lot harder than I though I would fall. After reading all of the books on the Stanton boys and their girls, and first meeting brock I was always eager for brock to get his own book and learn more about his life. Him owning his own security company is very hot indeed. When I first met Tully, I loved her instantly and prayed that she would get out of her relationship with Simon, and go out and travel and live her life that she needed but also craved to do. The first time Brock and Tully met was great and when they got it on in the bathroom, WOW that was such a hot scene. They have such an amazing chemistry between them and even though they tried to fight it they just couldn't. Brock was falling hard for Tully, and Tully was too but couldn't admit it to herself, as she knew she would have to go back to simon. When Tully finally decided she had to choose, I think she made the right decision. And Tully being Brocks first girlfriend, made my heart melt and swell, as he has never let anyone close before and he had let her close, as she was special to him. and although he didn't know he was falling hard in love with her. The scenes in London broke my heart, and I did cry a lot, I could see it from both sides and understood both of their reasoning for breaking up, but it was still painful. This book is amazing, and T L Swan always makes my day and year with her books.I loved being able to see Josh and Tash and seeing how happy they are still together. I love reading these books, when you get to see all of the other characters together from her other books. I would love a book where it is set after Cameron and Ashley's book, where we can see what they are all up to and all together, with all of the kids. That book would be amazing, I can never get enough of the Stanton clan.

A chance encounter
When I start any of T L Swan’s books I always feel this one can’t be as good as the last or even better. I love the way previously mentioned characters have a mention and are woven into the fabric of the novel. We have a smidge of Joshua, Cameron, Adrian, the humour or Bridget who is heavily pregnant and married to Ben, who appears quite a bit. We have Natasha and Josh’s children making an appearance and so making it essential to read all the other stories by this talented author. Brock has been mentioned in previous books too, and this is his story. He is an investigator now , employing Ben his brother in law and long time friend. He also uses him as a counsellor and advisor to his involvement and love of Tully. A girl Brick met in a gym . The story unfolds and it would be incredibly wrong of me to spoil it for the would be reader, but it is beautifully written. Full of romantic scenes, that are tender and also angry. Brick has only ever had hook ups and really doesn’t know how to have a relationship. Tully has just had a break after a 9 year relationship with a childhood sweetheart. The story is full of humour, possible tragedy, drama and most definitely intrigue. Meredith is a very unusual character, and her special personality is described delightfully. It is also filled with a who is doing it theme, that keeps you on your toes. Will they get caught and who is involved?. At the end we are told a longer epilogue will be written in the future, and I for one will wait patiently until it is, but in the meantime will enjoy re-reading this delightful series, and any others this phenomenal author may write.

Really enjoyable !!!
There are lots of mixed reviews about this book, I really enjoyed it to be honest. I did love the interwoven story of a serial killer while you couldn't help but focus on the lustful romance between Brock and Tully, it worked for me as did their insta lust romance. How to describe Brock, mmm let me just say this man is a true alpha male in all ways, was he over the top and a little aggressive at times, yes he was but that was just the character that he was. Brock had put up a wall around his heart and maybe Tully was the one to break down that wall. I personally adored Brock, he was a sex God and some of those sex scenes; boy I had to fan myself down they were so hot, but then this is a spin off from the delectable Stanton series which was amazing in itself and we get to connect with some of those delicious Stanton men in this story, definitely an added bonus !!Now Tully was not quite so easy to figure out. Yes she had wanted a break from her boyfriend of many years which they had agreed upon but at times she was really confusing in the way she acted. To me this lady didn't know what she wanted half of the time but she did grow on me throughout the book. Meredith was a delight to experience. I loved her no filter mouth and she put a smile on my face many a time, a fabulous character. There was some great sex, lots of twists and turns, some amazing characters which I thoroughly enjoyed and a great story behind it all. Yes there were some typo's but I find when I'm enjoying a book I hardly notice them.A book that I would definitely recommend !!!

I need more... far too short to leave it there
This is my 6th T L Swan book and I have to say that like so many great series that I have read, these books just keep me hooked in. I can’t put them down.I think what I like about this book is that I really identify with Tully. She’s smart, loyal and strong and when she recognises that life isn’t going the way she wants it to, she takes the steps she needs to find herself... even if that means walking away from what everyone around thinks she needs and wants. Including her long term relationship with the man who everyone thinks is perfect for her. Then there’s Brock. If you’ve read the previous books, we already know he’s a hot headed, animalistic and passionate man with a fiery temper but a heart of gold. Primitively sexual, he’s a man who knows what he wants... and that’s not your run of the mill, loving relationship. He’s a womaniser... a player... whose never had a girlfriend since being in high school. It’s not his scene... or that’s what he’s always told himself. That is until he meets a gorgeous strawberry blonde bombshell at his gym one night. But when his proposition goes horribly wrong he is left wondering if the person he has become is actually who he wants to be.Tully is so lovable. So often in these books it’s the alpha male that you fall in love with... and although Brock certainly grows on you and is utterly gorgeous, it’s Tully that I adore. She’s a good person with a real depth to her character. When she finally finds a man who makes her heart race and pulse quicken, she needs to teach him how to let his heart love her... while he teaches her how to let him show her every pleasure that love can bring. Their journey together is beautiful in its turbulence. As with T L Swans books there’s an undercurrent of intriguing plot lines that give the stories drive and purpose. This one refocuses on the murders of a group of high class prostitutes which started in the Stanton series with the death of TC. With more women of the night turning up dead... Brock and his team of Private Investigators start looking into possible links dirty cops and evidence tampering. Could the links they are looking for be right beneath their noses?Yet another fantastic book and I loved it... and the sex scenes are off the hook incredible. They make you warm and tingly and sometimes, make you blush and swoon. However, once again, there are a few mistakes and sometimes I find myself rechecking facts. If I could pick up on one huge misnomer. It makes me wonder how quick Swan had the write and publish these titles. The story and characters are wonderful but there’s a few finer details that haven’t quite had the finishing touches ironed out. For example, Brock introduces Tully to Tash and Joshua Stanton and their 3 children... but in Marx Girl, Tash was pregnant with their 4th child which I think she has by the end of the book. Bridget falls pregnant at the end of Marx girl with the twins and she is pregnant throughout this book so time lines are consistent so where is the fourth Stanton child? It’s only a minor detail, but a good proofread or beta reader should have picked up on it.I can’t wait to read the extended epilogue and I definitely need more Brock and Tully.
