Review: You get what you pay for.... - Having never spent more than £20 on these things, I broke out into a cold sweat when my better half suggested these. Once I had calmed down, I had the light bulb moment, the reason for needing new ones was my previous approach meant they never lasted. Anyway a few weeks in and these are without doubt the best mills we've ever had, solid build, consistent grind, no mess and they look great. Spend the extra, they are worth it.

While upgrading to better efficiency with fewer tools, I bought two types of grinders - one with plastic grinder and one with metal. While this is by far the best of the two, as it came with sea salt instead of Himalayan salt, I use the other one more often, but whenever I use this I love love love it. Although smaller than I expected, the large window and ability to choose coarseness with ease makes it the best design. I especially love that it does not leak salt over everything even without a bottom cap. I will eventually empty out the sea salt and put in 'the pink' and all will be perfect.
