Marie, Freddy, Nessie and Louis grew up together in the amazing valley of Fire, home of the dinosaurs. As usual, the four friends met around the lake to play. All of a sudden the bath began to shake and noise rumbled from below. The sky darkened suddenly and the air began to change. An Eruption! The four volcanoes which were peacefully laying dormant for years, began to erupt at the same time! Hurry! Find safety in the tall mountains to avoid the lava flows and save the eggs! You’ll need to react, anticipate and work together as a team to save the 4 Dinos! Draw a tile, place it on the board, the move one of the Dinos closer to the safety of the mountains. Review: Team work, great game - This is a really great game. For the most part the items are well made. The folding parts you have to be careful with as they seem like they can break easily. One of them arrived with end broken unfortunately but we still played the game. It's an easy game to get used to (I played with my 5 year old and two four year olds). The idea is to work as a team to save the dinosaurs and eggs and avoid the lava and rocks etc. You also have the option to add a couple of extra obstacles to make it more challenging. The children have to speak and work together. Mine really enjoyed this game and I'm sure other children would enjoy it to up to 12 I would say but I enjoyed it too 😂.

This is a really great game. For the most part the items are well made. The folding parts you have to be careful with as they seem like they can break easily. One of them arrived with end broken unfortunately but we still played the game. It's an easy game to get used to (I played with my 5 year old and two four year olds). The idea is to work as a team to save the dinosaurs and eggs and avoid the lava and rocks etc. You also have the option to add a couple of extra obstacles to make it more challenging. The children have to speak and work together. Mine really enjoyed this game and I'm sure other children would enjoy it to up to 12 I would say but I enjoyed it too 😂.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dinotastisches Kooperativ-Spiel!

Wie gut ist bitte dieses Spiel? Ich mein... okay, ein bisschen brutal ist es schon (mit Lava und Kometen), aber im Grunde spiele ich hier nur die Erdgeschichte nach. Ich bzw. WIR LIEBE es! Allein schon das Design der kleinen Dinofreunde ist wirklich toll gemacht und die Spielregeln sind schnell und einfach erlernt. Warum dieses Spiel erst ab sieben Jahren sein soll, erschließt sich mir nicht ganz. Mein Kind kennt die Geschichte der Dinosaurier (also was mit ihnen passiert ist) und hat die Regeln mit vier Jahren sofort verstanden und natürlich als kleiner Dinofan mächtig Spaß daran die Dinos vor der Lava und den Kometen zu retten. 🐱‍🐉 Inhalt: Die Schachtel hat eine ansprechender Aufteilung in der einfach alles einen festen Platz für sich finden kann und trotzdem problemlos auch wieder entnommen werden kann. Das ist schon mal etwas das wirklich nicht alle spiele bieten und das ich wirklich gut finde. Einige Dinge wie zum Beispiel Sträucher und Felsen können sogar zusammengesteckt in der Schachtel ein Plätzchen finden und für alles was zum Vulkan gehört ist ein viereckiges Feld frei, so dass die Plättchen nicht mit den Lavaflüssen und Kometen zusammen im Sack verstaut werden müssen. Für das erste Spiel müssen die Vulkane, Berge, Büsche und Felsen noch teils gefaltet und ineinander gesteckt werden. Das funktioniert sehr gut und sie halten dann insgesamt ganz angemessen zusammen. Toll ist, dass die Berge an einer Ecke eine leichte Einkerbung haben und so perfekt auf dem Spielfeld sitzen ohne zu wackeln. Ich bekomme natürlich eine auch Anleitung die sehr charmant geschrieben ist, denn zuerst wird auf die vier Hauptprotagonisten eingegangen. Hat man sich einmal ins Spiel eingefunden, sind die Regeln aber sehr schnell verstanden. 🐱‍🐉 Ziel des Spiels: Es wird immer mit allen vier Dinos gespielt. Alle Spieler dürfen alle Dinos bewegen und müssen sich dabei nur nach den Vorgaben der Lava-/Kometenkarten halten. Gemeinsam wird versucht der Lava so gut es geht aus dem Weg zu gehen, Kometen auszuweichen und auf dem Weg in die Berge möglichst viele Eier in Sicherheit zu bringen. Gewonnen ist das Spiel, wenn alle Dinos (und am besten auch alle Eier) sicher in den Bergen sind. Verloren ist es, wenn kein Dino mehr auf dem Spielfeld ist. 🐱‍🐉 Regeln und Spielverlauf: Die vier Freunde starten in der Mitte. Der Spieler der an der Reihe ist zieht ein Kärtchen aus dem schwarzen Beutel. Hier gibt es nun zwei Optionen: Lavafluss oder Komet. # Auf den Lavaflüssen sind zudem unterschiedliche Symbole zu sehen. - Eine Tatze heißt ein beliebiger Dino geht ein Feld, - zwei Tatzen bedeuten, dass sich zwei unterschiedliche Dinos ein Feld bewegen dürfen. - Immer gilt, dass niemals der Dino der auf der Rückseite der Karte angezeigt ist bewegt werden darf. - Weiterhin kann auf einer Lavaflusskarte ein Vulkansymbol abgebildet sein. Das bedeutet, dass ich diese Karte anlegen muss und anschließend noch eine Karte aus dem Beutel ziehen muss. Lavaflüsse dürfen immer nur an den Vulkan der gleichen Farbe angelegt werden. Also rot zu rot, gelb zu gelb usw. ist dann irgendwann der Weg für die Lava komplett blockiert, durch einen Felsen oder einen anderen Lavafluss, explodiert der Vulkan und es werden bis zu drei weitere Wege frei an die die Lava angelegt werden kann. Erreicht die Lava einen der Dinos muss dieser das Spiel verlassen. Kometen schlagen sofort ein, wenn das Feld zu dem sie gehören noch nicht von Lava überströmt ist. Sonst landen sie einfach in der Schachtel. Trifft ein Komet einen der Dinosaurier, so ist der Dino aus dem Spiel. Landet ein Komet auf dem Spielfeld darf ich einen komplett beliebigen Dinosaurier um zwei Felder bewegen. Ich sollte also versuchen, möglichst nicht auf einem der gekennzeichneten Kometenfelder stehen zu bleiben und die Lavaflüsse möglichst so zu legen, dass kein Dino in Gefahr ist. Was die ganze Sache zusätzlich erschwert sind die Felsen bzw. (wenn ich es richtig heftig will) Dornenbüsche, die als Blockade fungieren. Hat der Spieler seine gezogene Karte ausgelegt und die Anforderungen erfüllt gibt er den Beutel an den nächsten Spieler weiter. Natürlich dürfen sich die Spieler untereinander auch beratschlagen wo nun der Fluss am besten hinfließen soll oder welcher Dino am besten als nächstes ein Schrittchen wagt. Für jeden geretteten Dino gibt es am Ende zwei Punkte, für jedes Ei einen. ⭐Fazit: Dieses Spiel macht einfach unglaublich viel Spaß. Ich mag Spiele die kooperativ sind - also in denen Spieler nicht gegeneinander sondern miteinander gegen das Spiel spielen. So gewinnen oder verlieren alle gemeinsam - sowas ist einfach toll, um sich erstmal an das Konstrukt von Spielregeln ranzutasten. Später kann man dann immer noch mit Uno oder Monopoly für Frust sorgen. Von mir gibts 150 Sterne mindestens (allein schon wegen der Dinos). + Verarbeitung des Spielmaterials Top, + Spielkarton super aufgeteilt und ordentlich zu verstauen, + Spielprinzip genial und einfach + kooperativ statt jeder gegen jeden + Total knuffige Dinosaurier!
