Soo many great recipes & a wide variety! One of the things I liked most though was the conversions & substitutions in the back! So often we find ourselves in the kitchen with yummy ideas in mind only to find we don’t have an ingredient, or we aren’t sure about conversions and have to pause to look it up- this book could save you from both problems with the flip of a page. There were also tips and tricks for decorating and elevating your baked creations! It’s a great book for everyone, beginners or well rounded bakers. Highly recommend and may even be back for one for myself sooner than later! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely book but another one not suitable for Australians. *by on Reviewed in Australia 9 March 2022* See a similar review I posted. This book contains heaps of ingredients I cannot access in Australia.
