This Book Helped Save my Life
The techniques and information in this book were very eye-opening and completely revolutionary to me. When reading this book, I felt a huge sense of relief and calm and finally felt some peace regarding my OCD.Please do not misunderstand: it isn’t a cure-all. You will need to do the work in the book, but it was (and still is) monumental in my pursuit of managing my OCD and anxiety that results from it. It, along with my wife, family, and counselor saved my life. I recommend it to anyone that is suffering from OCD without hesitation. Please don’t give up, read the material, and do the work. It is worth it, I promise.

Very comprehensive
Well done. I have recommended this to clients. Their 3-part definition of self-compassion is right on and very useful! Many meditation exercises to allow practice of the principles.

Super powerful for those suffering from OCD
I purchased this for myself over a year ago, and then more recently for a friend struggling with OCD. This book is absolutely incredible. So powerful for those with OCD. I find OCD sufferers are extremely hard on themselves and self-compassion is such a valuable skill to develop. To be more kind to ourselves. And this workbook does a phenomenal job at providing many ways to approach improve self-compassion. The goal is to do the skills, and find what works most effectively for you.

Great Information
I love this book! It really allows you to focus on yourself and your OCD triggers. I only have had this for 3 days and I feel like I am already able to really use the tools this book provides in my daily life. There is a Podcast you can listen to that I would also highly recommend by the author of this book. You will not be disappointed!

Transformative
I highly recommend this workbook to anyone living with OCD. It helped me understand for the first time what is happening neurologically, and the self-compassionate approach to ERP was transformative for me. The last paragraph of the book in particular was the message I needed to read and I well imagine this will be the case for you as well.
