It works in a very frustrating way (UPDATE)
Y-splitter cable fixed the issue. Now everything works flawlessly Old Review: Does it work? Yes, kind of. Here's the deal I have an 06 Honda Ridgline with non-satnav stereo. I bought this to add Bluetooth to my stereo while keeping it stock. I disassembled the whole dash, removed the stereo and pulled the XM radio conector from the back, then I plug this device and voila! My Bluetooth receiver is powered on and I can hear music on the speakers playing from my phone. I was very happy... For about 10 seconds. I put everything back together testing all the buttons making sure they were working. Then I changed the mode on my stereo to FM and when I tried XM to enable Bluetooth nothing happened. XM button was basically disabled and could not use the bluetooth anymore. I took out the stereo again making sure everything was connected. It was. Reconnected the original XM radio antena and it sure enough the XM button started working again. I reconnected the Aux back to XM again it worked. But again if I change mode in the stereo and try to go back to XM the button is disabled. Therefore this means I can use this only if I never switch to any other mode in my stereo otherwise I can't go back. This is unacceptable. I hope there is a kind of adapter or work arround. Otherwise I am returning this and going back to a FM bluetooth trasnmiter.

Doesn’t fit my Honda accord 2006. Don’t purchase this unless you want to disassemble your car for an hour to find out it’s not going to work.
