Washer smelling fresh again
Our 9 year old front load LG smelled. As it turns out, the smell was in the door gasket. Replacing it is not for the faint hearted - just look at one of the online videos. We had a professional do the job.

Defective product; don't buy this. Buy an OEM gasket.
The gasket has a fold, or crease, that prevents the door from sealing properly. We had a problem with an LG dryer and had the technician try to install this in the LG washer on the same visit. Even with a steam gun to soften it, the installation failed.

Do yourself a favor
Do yourself a favor and order from any supplier but this one. The parts pictured are extremely far from the quality you will end up getting. This company is a hack and only sending out half A** garbage.

Scrunched
This came in a very small box, all scrunched inside. My repairman was concerned all of the folds would cause it to leak. As it turned out, I didn’t repair the washer because of further issues and cost, so I sent it back.

Does not fit Lg WM3570HWA
Missing the two side port holes to fit this model. Picture shows the ports, but they were not on the seal sent. Wasted time with the wrong seal!
