Brilliant addition to my Modular Building collection with loads of detail.

What a great set to build!! 10/10

Certain elements of this build just don’t add up. For example, the apartment above the donut shop can only be accessed via a ladder stuck to the back wall and the news agent stand doesn’t have a door. There are only 3 cop minifigs as well which seems under staffed for a police station. There are some nice brick built parts like the donut shelves, record player and the crime pinboard, however the positives do not outweigh the negatives in this relatively boring build. There are far more interesting builds around the same price point such as the book shop

The build is amazing- no question about it. It took several hours to build due to its size and complexity. It uses advanced building techniques to achieve all the wonderful details of the exterior AND the interior- Yes, the interior is fully furnished and easy to open up for the figures to be placed. The roof, and each individual storey can be taken off, which is a key play feature.Most of the windows can be opened up, and every part of the build is minifigure accessible- you have stairs and ladders to get your little minifig to wherever you want it. Speaking of the figures, they're unique to this set. I especially like the police officers that come with the set.Since assembling the set, I haven't had any major breakages. The most that'll ever happen is the bushes at the front being knocked out of place as they're supported by just one stud. Otherwise, the build is super sturdy.
