Wrong cord
Didn't turn on after I use the power cord I use the wrong cord use for vvx phone

No manufacturers warranty
Be aware these are not new, they actually old and have not been used. I bought two and when I registered them with Poly, they indicated that the warranty expired one year ago for both phones. The phones are working fine for now, I just hope that there isn't a future problem.

Nice desktop phone for MS Teams Phone usage
We have been using Polycom phones for over a decade...always a solid product. We are buying these now for MS Teams usage. Easy to setup and works as advertised.
