Works well as a luggage storage for my single cab Silverado! Super easy to assemble.

So easy to put together -- it took me less than 10 minutes by myself, no tools!Quality seems really good. Light but not flimsy. Haven't yet had a chance to test how truly waterproof it is.Enough room to store 8 large pillows from my patio set (2 chairs + 1 love seat).

Ok, this was so easy to put together, snapped all pieces together like legos! Says two people to put together, could be done with just one person easily. Would recommend and re-purchase!

Really happy with this purchase. Like other reviews, it went together in minutes! And it wouldn't look like it while putting it together, but it is well built and can easily hold the claimed weight as a seat bench! My only issue was that I ordered the dark grey and the box said dark grey, but it was brown. Box already torn up and worth the hassle so just kept it. But they obviously mislabeled the box and sent me the brown one. Just had to put up with it.

Extremely easy to assemble. No tools needed. Just need a little common sense and about 10 minutes!

I am very disappointed with this purchase due to poor customer service from Keter. The box itself would have been lovely however, it arrived without any of the hinges or associated pieces. I reached out to Keter and they responded within a day. However, they responded with a manual and asked me to list out which items were missing. I had already said I was missing every single piece except the 4 walls, lid, and bottom. Logic would say order every other piece listed in the manual. However, I responded back with the part numbers. Since then, I have been receiving automated emails saying if I don't respond they are closing my case. I have responded every time, on the same day. It is now a month since I purchased the deck box. I must return to Amazon within 30 days, so back it goes. It has been sitting partially assembled in my living room the entire time. Tip for Keter - You need to have your SalesForce email integration fixed. It's either not logging customer responses, or the responses aren't being read. Additionally, isn't the goal of most companies to resolve a customer issue with only one interaction? The CS rep was either too lazy to list the part numbers and order them for me or he just didn't care. Either way, you have an issue with customer service as well. This would have been the fourth matching deck box I purchased for my backyard. I'm not reordering. I'd rather have a mismatched box then deal with this hassle again. Keter lost me as a customer.
