Comfy, Sturdy, No Boinks
Great helmet. Sturdy and comfortable. Has protected my noggin from many bonks and boinks for 3yrs now. Breakaway straps work great. Has a perfect space inside for my hair bun to sit. Sliding air holes are nice.

cheap. light weight. slots for ear protection. chinstrap ok. adjuster works well. goofy but works,.
GREAT BEGINNER HELMET. For climbing., looks goofy. but it is very light weight. You can add ear protection.. No visor to block sun, good for climbing tite spots, but not in open sun day light.

Perfect Helmet
Use it at my job as a hard hat and it’s perfect. Multiple ways to make it fit perfectly to your head. It is also super comfortable and definitely does a great job at protecting your head. Very strong and I feel very safe using it.

I got what I paid for I guess
Not very adjustable. Only has the knob in the back to loosen or tighten. It sits very high, I'm used to being able to adjust more of the internal hardware. Chin strap barely reaches and there's not slack to adjust the "Y" shape near your ear. It sits right on my ear tightly, that would be annoying to wear all day, and will interfere with hearing protection. I like the ventilation, it opens and closes. I think it's gonna be for my little son because it's not practical for a grown man to work in.

Quality helmet at a bargain price
Helmet fits well, adjusts easily and seems as sturdy as any other name brand I’ve owned. I figured I’ll never want the vents closed, so I ended up taking the sliding vent covers off and glued some screen door mesh in its place. Gave it a clean look and will keep debris and bugs or whatever from getting inside. I’ve worn it a few days at work and it’s already saved me from a couple lumps without any apparent damage to it. Overall very happy with this purchase.

most affordable ANSI-rated climbing-style hard hat out there
Recently started part-time subcontract work on a new jobsite requiring climbing-style rather than traditional hard hats. Needing ANSI-rated PPEs but having a limited budget, I tried the Jackson CH-300. Quality of helmet itself appears equivalent to others costing significantly more. Yes, the internal suspension at first glance may appear on the flimsy side, but comparing it to other hard hats, it proves to be very similar to most. Haven't had a chance to wear it much yet, but so far it's as comfortable as all my previous traditional hard hats. Our safety rep raised the question of ANSI-rating since it did not appear on a sticker in the helmet, but was then satisfied at finding that the ANSI reference is molded into the interior of the helmet. So yes, it thoroughly fits our needs in fulfilling OSHA requirements, being comfortable, and the most economical on the market.
