Really great and good value
I bought this for my elementary classroom bulletin boards. You get a LOT on the roll and it is very easy to use. The only thing that is neutral is that I though it would be more metallic, but it is not metallic at all, still love it though.

Confetti is very dull yellow/brown
*I should have read the reviews, I thought the 'confetti' on the border would be brighter or shiny gold, even a lamination or nicer paper would have made it better, but it is just... dull. It looks bad, no way around it.

I bought this because picture shows shiny gold but it is not! It is dull and ugly. Don't buy if you are looking for shiny celebration border. Wasted my money.
