Just what I needed

I've been using a large serving fork for ages, finally sprung for this. Because, yaknow, serving forks ain't carving forks and vice-versa. This baby has the usual solid build, tines are straight, flat (as opposed to round), and slightly splayed, the latter adds stability IMO. Wish it came with a tine cover for storage, this is one item you don't want to rummage around in a drawer for

Nice fork that is razor sharp as advertised. It is more flexible than I expected. It is not totally rigid. Perhaps it is supposed to be that way. It's still a nice tool at that price point.

Very thin yet works so well

This carving fork is perfect for my needs. It's not too long and is not too flexible. It also seems to be well balanced. I can't wait to stick it to the bird! 😊

Flimsy and materials feel incredibly cheap and poorly constructed. Surprising as I’d have thought Henckels would make a better product than this, even in their lower cost items. Very disappointing.

While not the thickest of carving forks, it is very sturdy and not heavy. Well made with the care and quality one expects from J.A. Henckles.

Works as it should

This fork is a piece of crp. It is cheap Chinese junk. Not at all of traditional Henkel quality. Go to your local ct and buy one for $3. It will be just as good.

Bit flimsy and the forks are straight. It is not like the one I had.

If the product was made in Germany,the quality would have been much better.
