Spas AR-400 4 Person 14 Jet Spa

Purchased this same spa for Wayfair about a year ago. Had to replace the plug right after the warranty expired. Have had this hot tub for exactly one year and now the pump has to be replaced. We followed the manufacturers instructions. Emptied and re-filled every three months. Rinsed and replaced the filter. Kept the pump on the economy setting. All for nothing. Would not purchase again,

We bought one of these spas last year (not from Amazon). It came when it was supposed it, the installation instructions were clear and easy to read, and the company was very supportive (we were missing our lid clips which they replaced quickly). Thus far, it was worked flawlessly. With that said:I see the other reviews - and if you buy one of these please understand what you are getting. It is not as deep or as function-rich as many of the $ 10,000 spas out there... or even some $ 7,000 spas. When we bought it, we also looked at those spas and realized that our budget could not support a 7K outlay right now. Thus, we went with this one at a fraction of the price. It has done everything that we thought it would - it works, it looks good and.... it works.
