Did not even get it yet and already having issues. The heater and jets do NOT work at the same time, I am finding this out now..it was purchased for me as a gift and now can't be returned without a major fee! I am debating on refusing delivery and just paying the fees..I don't want something that can't be heated and have jets work at the same time as well as have it take about 24 hrs to heat up!

This is my 3rd hot tub, the first was a 110v softub but it never got hot enough. The 2nd was 220 and was good but we moved and had to leave it. We bought this and it works pretty good if you wire it up on 220v. The heater and pump wont have enough current to both operate other wise. Get you a 50 amp spa breaker box and wire it into your panel is the way. Over the 5 years we have had ours we have replaced the heater 2 times and the circuit board once, but that was probably due to installer error. The other thing is that other brands have more insulation and probably are a bit cheaper to operate.
