Stoneware Condiment Dish / Relish Dish

Description

This relish duo was made by assembling two hand thrown stoneware bowls and adding a functional and decorative pulled handle. It is decorated by overlapping a creamy yellow glaze over a soft grey green glaze creating an area of glossy pale yellow green where the two glazes intersect. It measures 5.25" h (including the handle) x 8.5" w x 4.5 " d (15.2 cm h x 19.7 cm w x 10.2 cm d). Each of the two bowls comfortably holds a bit more than 12 oz (355 ml). Each bowl is 3.75" h x 4" d (9.5 cm h x 10.2 d) .____This double bowl condiment dish is an ideal serving piece for condiments, relishes, sauces, and other items that you spoon or spread. Use it for sour cream and salsa, olives and pickles, cranberries and cranberry relish, salmon pate, nuts and candies. It can be easily passed around the table or a party.
