Is the inner coating anodized or nonstick i.e. Teflon? I’m seeing lots of conflicting answers here

I believe it's anodized aluminum, black and unpolished. Food does stick to it, though, but not horribly, and it doesn't look so bad. I use mine almost daily on my portable induction cooker; it is a winner and my only regret is that I didn't buy more for friends.
