This will definitely take your cooking up one notch. Be careful with how much you use because there is a lot of sodium and if you're not careful, your food can be too salty. Other than that, the taste is amazing.

I marinate salmon in this sauce and it is beyond amazing. Flavorful and so worth the money. Yummy!

Love Soy Vey products for about 20 years now. Never Disappoints. Makes the best stir fry, a little goes a long way. Super flavorful, a bit on the salty side so I add water to thin it out. But overall great product.

Heaven in a plastic bottle. Better yet, kosher for Passover!!Weirdly delicious when combined with red wine and used in a sauce with mushrooms.Seriously. Fry up 2 minced garlic cloves in some olive oil. Add ~1lb fresh mushrooms. Cook for about 5-8 minutes on medium high heat. Add a single small bottle of red cooking wine (you know, the kind in tiny plastic bottles in a 4 pack) and cook off the booze for about 5 min on high heat then reduce to simmer and add some SOY VAY, maybe about 2-3 Tablespoons, but it is really to taste. Let simmer till reduced further and finish with a tablespoon or two of cream or milk. Delicious on top of steak, chicken, or just by itself on couscous for a vegetarian-friendly dish. I can't get enough of this shizz. 🤤

Before the pandemic, this was regularly stocked in our local grocery store. Since then this is the only place we can find it. It is a standard for us. We use in on Salmon, Lamb-both chops and crown, and on some chicken kabobs. Highly recommend.

Soy Vay products have not been available locally so I had to order here (same product, same price as the stores). I used to order directly from Soy Vay but they no longer sell direct. Why? Because they make the most delicious teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and hoisen sauce on the market. So say I (the cook) and my family. The flavor is rich and seems to compliment most Asian dishes. It can be incorporated easily in cooking because it doesn't disappear in the process as I have found other products do. Soy Vay makes sauces with lots of garlic and some with not so much. I heartily recommend Soy Vay. Discover what I have known for several years ever since a California friend recommended their products.

A lot of teriyaki sauces I've tried are super salty, and make terrible marinades. This product is smooth and sweet and is wonderful in any dish I've used it in. My wife and I liked it a lot, but the moment I knew it was a REALLY good sauce was when dinner guests started asking me about what I was putting in my sauces and marinades.Highly recommended
