T Tinxy Device 4 Node Smart Switch. Compatible with Alexa and Google Home

This is the best Indian Product i have ever seen in Automation with AI. I have bought 3 Tinxy devices for my home and all are working flawlessly.Even technical help and product enquiry numbers are great they respond you in very less time.Pro & ConsPro:1. It is very compact.2. You can easily fit into your wall box.3. You can control 4 devices with it along with your existing wall switch.4. Wiring is so easy, you don't need for electrician. (Make sure you have little bit knowledge of what is L & N).5. If i compare with Sonoff 4 channel device then Tinxy is far better.6. When power goes out, then it will remember the last position of your switch, weather it is wall switch or app switch.7. Best thing, if your home WiFi goes down then you can still control your appliances via Tinxy app.8. 2.4 Ghz WiFi connection is required which not an issue as most of the wifi router have that option.9. If your WiFi is working fine at your home then you can control your connected tinxy appliances anywhere from the world, you just need in your phone mobile data for just to use tinxy app.10. Last but not the least... Configration with tinxy app is butter on bread 😬.11. You can easily setup with Alexa and Google Home as far as I'm using both... Can't say about siri and other A.I.Cons:1. You cannot control Fan speed.2. While you connected your fan with it and you are trying to control speed with your existing wall fan regulator and switching from maximum speed to Off mode via regulator then Tinxy conflect with another relay it will tripping one time for just 1 second.

Over all its good quality wifi switch. Has provision for physical switch. Also if you can solder a header you can flash your own firmware. Tasmota in my case. It can also be used as two ways switch, the relay on this is two way relay.The picture shows size comparison with sonoff like switch.In this size it would be good to have power monitor function.It comes with outer shrink wrapped covering which I have removed in the pictures.

This is great product. Easy to install .The company has a few youtube videos on how to connect the device. Now it is very important that there is a live and neutral cables available to power the device. If in doubt about the house wiring pls consult a certified electrician.The device once installed is each to configure in the app and then add the skill to Amazon Alexa Device, i am using an echo dot. Now i can on and off the fan with a simple command. This does not have the option to control the fan speed so will wait for their next version.I am looking to have this switch installed in a few more of my rooms. It would be great if the company can post some real life installation video and not jsut control enviroment setup.This is a great go Vocal for Local exampleKeep up the great work.

Everything is good with the devices and its app.PROS:1. Made in India2. Small device as compared to others3. Quickly n easily setup process, just keep pressing the button on device for 5 sec then light will start blinking and setup your device in Tinxy app4. App is also stable and toggles each devices very quickly5. Technical support is also very fast, if you have any questions or suggestions just ping their business contact on whatsappAll good n keep it up guys.

First problem, the switch cannot connect to the wifi network. Second problem, cannot login to app as the otp never comes, tried 20 times. Third problem, nobody picks up the customer care number. Useless product

This is my first smart switch, I have been wanting to get one from quite a long time but fundamental issues with the behaviour of other switches would put off the decision.I went for this switch for the below reasons:1. It retains its last state when electricity returns from a power failure2. Supports manual operation when disconnected from internet or when one wants to simply manually operate the switch.3. Size of the module and installation is easy, I was able to fit it inside my switchboard.4. Integration with Google and Alexa is very easy.5. Quality: the PCB and other components seem of good quality.. android app was easy to setup and configure, voice control with alexa is was easy to setup.I have been using this switch with Alexa and it works just awesome, I am looking forward to automate almost all the switchboards in my house with this switch.Cons:1. The reset button is on the PCB which would be difficult to reach when the module is installed behind a switch board, suggesting the manufacturer to not solder the push button on the board but extend it with wires, so that we can bring it just outside the switch board.. will be easy to reset it without opening the board again.
