They worked good

the metal is thin, i had to use both pieces to make a bracket thick enough to be trustworthy. as-is, this is a terrible idea to bolt-on anywhere. but the parts worked perfect for a disc-equipped bmx bike. flipflop hub, and disc adapter. i needed steel to complement the steel bike frame, and this worked great after some cutting and welding. a whole lot easier than cutting out my own.

They are ok ease of installation durable especially with the hard barking I do with them bit of flexing ok the front ones

I was going to adapt my rim brake bike to disc brake. Already have a disc wheel but the bracket can't be bent to fit my curved front fork. I can most likely cut it and weld it to my steel fork but was planning on doing a suspension fork swap so I'll test cutting and welding the bracket after I mount up the other fork just to see if I can do it. Caveat: the bracket seems a little week to rely on it for the front brake and I have doubts that it's strong enough to stand up to hard breaking. I have a high confidence of being able to mount and use the rear brake adapter so the purchase of 2 brackets is not a total loss.

I have been wanting to build my own electric scooter and had a bunch of bike part to work with. I got these adaptors so the 20 inch wheels I had would work on the 26 inch cruiser frame I wanted to use. They took a little figuring out but once you test fit them a couple of times it is easy. Make sure you look at the two adaptors they give you one is for the front and one is for the rear brakes. the nature of the mounting bands left a bit of slop in the mount so I had to shim to make sure the mounts would not shift when braking. wish the mounting bands where adjustable but will experiment on next build.

Anyone who gave these more than 2 stars could not have applied more than 20% of their brake pressure. On the bench, it worked just fine. But the very first time I tried slowing the bike with me on it, moving maybe 10MPH, it immediately bent completely out of shape and also bent the disc and nearly ruined the wheel. Completely useless, unless you just want your bike to look like it has disc brakes. If you actually want to USE the brakes, stay away!!!

Pretty flimsy, won't fit a fat fork, had to modify, didn't like, tried a better solution. At least I didn't spend much.

I decided to give my wives old mountain bike some front hydraulic disc brakes [when I decided to buy a ebike conversion kit]. Because her bike is a mid 1980 model I had to buy these adapters to secure the brake kit. They work great but I had to insert a metal bar into the brackets to compensate for the forks diameter. Once I found the right thickness the brackets became very tight and secure. I used a little Loctite to make sure the screws [ which were too long and I found some that were not as long] would not easily vibrate loose and it now works great with no worries about something working its way loose

取り付けは簡単に見えて一日かかりました。後付けなのでかなり苦労しましたが、しっかり止まるようにできました。自転車によると思いますが、取り付けにはかなりの工夫がひつようです。

Get broke the first time I use the brakes Don't buy this product

Very size specific. May need some Tweeking to make it work. Only for drop down type on the back wheel. Not sure of there strength yet. They seem a little light duty for my use, (high powered electric bike) but for normal applications should work fine
