Winco CBWT-1218 Cutting Board, 12 by 18 by 1/2-Inch, White

I bought this to cover the sink in my RV for more counter space, not because I am a professional cook. It was big enough that I could cut it to size to make a custom sink cover. The board is thick and very sturdy. So if you are looking for a thinner board, this won't work.

This is a great cutting board. It's a great size for cutting lots of stuff. I do cook a lot, and I am often trying to carve really large pieces of meat, and it's not ideal to try to put two smaller cutting boards together. The reason I bought this - I was recently staying at a big house in wine country in Northern California, and they had really large cutting boards in the kitchen and I loved using them. Great size, works great, doesn't warp.

Great price, great board!! I really like this. I paid 3 times this for one a few years ago that was nowhere near as good. The texture and design on this is perfect and the price cannot be beat. So far, so good.. I bought a second one. I really like this and was shocked at the thickness and durability. A+, recommend!

Comparable quality to the big-brand-names. Cleans easily and does the job. Very useful for smaller cooking sessions, rather than using the big wooden board. Happy with it so far.

My favorite board! Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it could use rubber feet or something to keep it from moving. I ended up putting a damp dish towel under it. The work space is large working area. I love the durability of this board for all my dough work and basically everything. Cleans up beautifully so I can store when not in use

I'm delighted to report that after several months of regular use and countless washes, my Winco board has shown absolutely no signs of warping. It remains perfectly flat, which is crucial for safe and efficient cutting. This speaks volumes about the quality of the material and its construction.Cleaning this board is an absolute breeze. Its smooth, non-porous surface means food bits and juices don't cling or seep in. A quick rinse and a wipe with soap and water are usually all it takes to get it sparkling clean. I've also run it through the dishwasher multiple times without any issues, and it comes out looking as good as new. This ease of cleaning is a major plus, especially when dealing with raw meats or strong-smelling ingredients.Beyond these practical aspects, the Winco cutting board is also gentle.

I bought this for my husband for a Christmas gift. He likes to cook, grill and BBQ. He needed an extra large cutting board for cutting meats. This is a perfect cutting board! I like the clean white finish which also looks nice in the kitchen. It's heavy duty and definitely worth upgrading from some of the other options available. I would purchase again!

Ditch your bamboo cutting boards and buy this (seriously, those are horrible for knives). As someone that's professionally cooked in kitchens for years, this is as commercial as it gets. I originally bought a very large one for big tasks (like carving meat and thus forth), and loved it so much that I bought two more medium ones that could fit in the dishwasher and be sanitized quickly. They are a perfect size for my counter tops, and fit vertically in the dishwasher.These are so easy to clean/wipe down, and there are no warping issues after sanitizing cycles. I'd much rather buy these over the cheap ones (I've had many over the years, and I wish I just bought these first). The cutting boards are one of those BIFL things. I haven't had any issues with staining and these have stayed white over time, but even if that happens it's to be expected with cutting boards (even in commercial kitchens) so don't toss yours. These keep my Messermeister, Victorinox, and Takayuki knives in pristine condition as they effortlessly glide and cut like a dream on top of these. These have a sturdy, heavy weight to them, even the 0.5" thick ones. I don't find them particularly slippery, especially not my large 3/4" thick one. I think anyone would be happy with whichever size they choose to fit their needs.
