100% effective
This one helped me to extract blind tiny bumps on my face which was full of keratin plug deep underneath. I used setting 1 for this and it healed up in 7-10 days without leaving a scar. I also used setting 2 on milia around eyes and on some tags I had on my underarm, neck, and feet. It completely removed and flattened the area. In fact, I had some scars from allergic hives on my thighs. I just used setting 1 to lightly brush off the tip all over those pigmented spots and they formed a scab, and fell off in a few days revealing completely beautiful skin. I used the thickest (the only one) needle as the thin ones hurt like hell without numbing cream. I believe number 9 setting can be used for stubborn hyperpigmentation as well. It was worth spending on this product. Have patience while using it. It burns off the skin so a scab will form, let it fall off on its own while keeping the area moisturised.

Excellent product
Purchased this item 2 and a half years ago. In that time I've removed a mole, several small cherry angiomas and 3 milia with it. It took some time for me to really understand how this item works, in fact it was only after giving up on it and going to a professional aesthetician and paying 50 pounds to remove a milia with a similar device that I figured it out. Now it's easy. Here's how I use it. Put the power towards the highest setting, 8 or 9 is similar to professional products, always use the finer needle. Press it lightly against the issue (it shouldn't dig it like a syringe needle), press the button for the electricity, try to keep your hand steady as you press the button, and pull the device away from your skin reasonably rapidly, before releasing the button, for half a second you'll see a spark, and a jolt of pain. The area will be burnt, now depending on what you're treating depends how many times you need to do this. Often the area will instantly look different but that's just temporary swelling, like when you get a sting or insect bite. It can be a bit tricky seeing the issue after the first zap because of this, but you will need to repeat, trying to get it as close to first zap location as possible, waiting longer allows more swelling which makes it even more challenging. If you need to do more than 2 zaps it is a bit easier as you'll find there's a small hole now in your skin to place the needle in(although it'll go below the skins surface when you do this, don't use it as an injection or digging tool, just place it at the bottom of the newly formed hole) For a cherry angioma it's one or two times. For a milia it's 3. Going to 4 and 5 repeated zaps will produce a fairly deep hole, several mm, one that will take a long time to heal. After you've zapped it, try not to scrutinise your work too much, the area will raise with swelling for a couple of days and be fairly red for about a week to as long as a couple of months. Probably taking a before and after pic is a good idea to see how successful you've been! My advice would be to test on your upper arm before trying it on a more prominent area. The pain will make you jump at first but you do get used to it, it is so brief. It's saved me several hundreds of pounds! I hope that helps. Mines still going strong, got another milia to treat with it, and I believe it can fix broken capillaries, though I've not tried this I will likely give 1 to 2 zaps.

Removed all my skin tags
I recently tried the CHRERNA Skin Tags Pen Remover Kit, and it has proven to be a highly effective tool for dealing with various skin imperfections. The kit comes with 9 adjustable modes, which allows for precise control and customization based on the type and size of the skin issue. Using the pen was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The plasma technology worked well on skin tags and small moles, and I noticed results after just a few sessions. The device is compact and easy to handle, making the process smooth and relatively painless. However, I would have preferred a longer battery life, as it requires frequent charging during extended use. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall performance and effectiveness of the CHRERNA Skin Tags Pen Remover Kit make it a valuable addition to my skincare routine. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this kit to anyone looking for a convenient at-home solution for skin tag and mole removal.

Not good quality. Doesn't work properly.
Hardly works. Turns on but really hard to get the burn mechanism to work. Sometimes it works with the bigger end, but doesn't work at all with the needles. Also, instructions are very hard to understand. Very badly written. I had to find a video to help me. Still doesn't work. Disappointed.

Great! Seems to have done it's job
I had quite a large mole on my back which would often get caught and cause pain. My doctor said it was nothing to worry about, and told me if I wanted it removing, I would have to be referred to a private surgery and pay upwards of ยฃ300 for it to be removed. Even local beauty salons would quote around ยฃ150 to remove it. I purchased this pen and using the big, reusable needle proceeded to zap the mole. There wasn't much pain, more of a discomfort, which after one or two zaps, you get used to. My partner zapped my mole until the whole top of it was darkened and within 10 days, the mole had reduced right down to a size where I will no longer catch it. It was quite a large mole, and I think it will need a second zapping to fully remove it. But for the price paid, I can not believe the results! I've a few more little tags and moles I shall be removing with this awesome little device. Safe, does what it is supposed to, and great value for money. Really easy to use. Turn on, set level, then press to zap! Minimal pain with no bruising when healing.

An amazing gadget, if used carefully. With a large wart it takes time.
I had a 7x5x3 mm wart just below my eye area, on my cheek, which was slowly becoming larger. It was not a skin tag-or a cauliflower wart, with a stalk; but the type which is totally fixed to the epidermis . I tried on setting 3 at first which blackened the surface and scabbed up within a short time, proceeding to level 8, which finished it off. didn't like the smell of burning skin but I have to say, after three goes over a two week period, progressively going deep enough to reach the base of my epidermis and waiting until the scab was safe to remove, this worked really well. Lovely fresh pink skin where the wart used to be. I also used it on a cherry angioma which was on my central upper lip and was also growing into a vascularised wart-type blemish. It had been annoying me for years; a red bump which was impossible to conceal, slap bang in the middle of my face . The pen produced quite a bit of bleeding on this particular one, when I hit the capillary providing its blood supply, so I proceeded slowly but after two weeks it is flat, also pink and healthy looking and it appears as if the blood supply which was feeding it has been cauterised successfully (we shall see). I would definitely advise to check what your growths are, FIRST-I have a mole which I am not happy to use it on. I worked in healthcare and did detailed procedures but I'm no expert-so use caution. I am SO pleased I purchased this. Last time a dermatologist treated me it cost upward of ยฃ500 18 years ago, for a mole removal-a wart would've cost just as much in today's money

Worth trying, but needs patiance!
I found this pen here after quite some time looking at different ways to remove the many moles I have, especially the ones on my face. I was a bit afraid to try it, but all the reviews I read here really helped me decide to buy. I had used those little salicylic acid pads before, and they do not do anything. Dermatologists have already looked at all my moles, and since they are not dangerous, they never want to remove them. With luck, I was able to remove a couple of big ones, one in my hips, at the panty line, and the other in my armpit. But the doctor simply scraped them out, and I am still dealing with the scars. So, I have been using the pen for three months or so, and it has significantly decreased the two moles on my face, which I wanted to remove, but they have not disappeared completely yet. Two reasons I think may explain this. First, I think I was not giving the appropriate time between sessions (chatGPT says 6 weeks is recommended, and I was giving 1.5 - 2 weeks). Second, is that I was not using a numbing cream, and the areas where the moles are are quite sensitive (one is right under my nostril), and as much as I tried to withstand the pain, it is possible that I was not burning it as much as I should to really remove it. Now I am on a session pause, waiting for the 6 weeks before treating again, and I will buy a numbing cream. Still, overall, I am quite happy with this pen! I will certainly make good use of it over the years with all the moles I have.
