don't do it!
This printer is crap. Worked for the first couple of days and now freezes when idle and won't turn off. Have to unplug it every time. Doesn't seem to work well with Apple iMacs either. Don't waste your money!

Can be a pain.
I’m an IT with over 25 years in. There are certain WiFi’s and mesh systems where this printer is an absolute pain to get it going. It took me over an hour using the software that is limited on searches and no option for manual Ip setup.

Disappointing
Wouldn’t connect to our wi-fi. Printed and online instructions weren’t helpful. Plan to return it at Kohl’s.

Misleading product description
Purchased this printer thinking that you could print via Bluetooth, since it says it's a Bluetooth printer. Received the printer and the instructions say that Bluetooth is only available for setup, not for use in printing. Will be returning.

SLOOOOOOOW!!!!
Slowest printer i have ever owned. Takes 20 minutes to print 5 pages. Uses up color way before black. On the plus side, if you dont like a wireless printer (which I dont) it comes with a wire to make it a wired printer. Will use for now but probably will dump it and buy a better one at end of year.. Honestly, i feel like cobwebs are forming as I sit and wait for my documents to print. SLOOOOOOWWW!!!

make sure your computer is compatible with printer...
it was not compatible with my computer... I was on the phone with a tech person in the Philippines for 2.5 hours and he couldn't figure out how to set up the driver for my computer to accept the printer - I don't know as I'm green when it comes to this stuff.... So I returned the printer.

SCAM! Bluetooth only works for setup
I was really excited to upgrade my printer. However, this printer has been worse than my old deskjet 3630. The bluetooth feature is connected to my computer the first time and now does not connect. The pages cannot be used with a highlighter or the ink smears. The LCD display is less descriptive than on the deskjet 3630 making troubleshooting difficult. THIS IS A SCAM. Description says bluetooth printer but if you read description it says bluetooth is only supported for setup not for printing. Wish to return but did not keep the box
