will this hold 2 tubes and tools to change a flat?

It easily holds 1 tube, two spoons, a CO2 cartridge and an air chuck. I am sure I could get an extra tube in it but I save that space for a gel or 2.

Can it hold a smart phone?

I just dug out one of my earliest iPhones (generation 1?) that measures 4 1/2" x 2 1/4". It does fit but I haven't seen anyone using this old of a phone in years. If you go any bigger than this...it won't fit! I have one spare tube, X2 air cartriges, 1 tire lever and I can probably cram in 2 gel packs. I do like the design on THIS case and it does what I need...but it wont fit any of the never cell phones.

Why does the product title say "strap mounted" when the description indicates that it is to be bolted on? Which is it?
