I use my 15" Surface Book 3 a lot, and when I do it's usually running hard (simultaneous games/video/music/web). This charger keeps up with the heavy use and charges the batteries at the same time. I love the extra-long cable/charger and will never be satisfied with the stock 6-ft one. The high-power USB charging port is a big plus as well. I would recommend this to anyone who travels with their 15" Surface Book 3 and flogs it like I do.

Charger is good. Charge the tablet quickly. I love the idea of a carry bag for it, however, it’s a real struggle to get all the cords in it. Needed to be just a little bit larger, but the charger is a great quality and seems easy to use like the USB port for charging something else at the same time as it states it does heat up when being used, but that’s normal

Worked great for the first 4 months and then stopped working. The charge indicator light was the first to stop working and then a few uses later the the whole thing stopped working. My dock station still fully functions so I know it's the charger that stopped working.

It works flawlessly for me on my book 3. The cord length is great. Unfortunately its still a pretty big brick as designed by Microsoft, so portability is not great. It is possible to get a smaller (and lower power) portable charger and use a usb C cable, but you're going to be hard pressed to find anything that will charge a surface faster than this. Great product

Aside from the extra power, this power supply has an extra long cord so you aren't tugging the brick all the time.

I had to get a new charger because my dog chewed the low voltage cord on the original charger. For both the original and this replacement, the 120 Volt power cord detaches, but the low voltage cord does not, so I had to buy a whole new unit instead of just a cord. I wish they made the low voltage cord detachable too. A cord would be MUCH less expensive than a whole new unit.

I am very happy with this charger. The cable is extremely long and I have had no issues with it since purchase.
