I wrote another review for another brand of tape I've tried that I like a bit better. This stuff doesn't seem to work as well, and maybe it's a different adhesive but this one makes my skin itch a bit. Not super keen on this brand.

For a first time user of K-tape, I very much liked this. Being precut helped as I was new to using this. There has been a couple of times where it did not stick, not sure why as legs were clean and dry. As the ends would lift up I would just trim it off. As far as helping with alleviating pain...OMG, this works!! I shattered my right knee about 7 years ago, have had a bone graft due to a non-union and then finally the surgical steel plate and 17 screws removed. I have a custom brace to use but it cannot be worn over jeans and thus did not always wear it. My knee would often just give out on me and there was constant pain. I watched some videos on placement of tape for a full knee and then put it on myself, the pain relief was instant. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I have been!! Then I decided to use it over areas of the left hip and leg where I have lived with chronic nerve pain post motor vehicle accident in 2002 (pain is like fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy). It feels like a constant burning from the hip down. Since then I have been on pain meds for pain management. Bottom line, using this tape over areas that have the most pain has helped. The pain is not completely gone, but I have hopes the use of this tape will help me to eventually have the medications completely gone!! I have used other tapes as well but so far this seems to be the best for the knee area. I like that the edges of it does not fray, as other brands do.

Tried this "generic" kinesiology tape for the reduced price. However, it doesn't work as well as the popular brand name version. It doesn't stick quite as well, and also doesn't seem quite as effective for reducing tendonitis pain. it is overall okay product, but think I'll go back to more expensive brand name version.

I spent 4 days at Schlitterbahn water park at New Braunfels, TX. This was my 4th annual visit. Previous 3 years, I always got blisters on my feet while wearing river shoes or sandals or whatever footwear. At this water park, your feet will be wet for ~12 hours a day, while you walk quite a bit. Wetness obviously softens the skin and at 270 pounds of body weight, the abrasions get severe. So this year, I was armed with FlexU Tape. I followed directions and applied the tape to DRY feet at least 30 minutes before heading to the water park. Oh, and I was wearing a brand new pair of Keen Bison sandals, they were not broken in! Day1: 2 strips of FlexU tape on each foot where I thought blisters might form. The ends of the tapes started to come loose after ~9-10 hours of constant wetness, but it was enough to protect my feet for most of the day. I also learned where the blisters would form in my new sandals, so for days 2,3 and 4, I only needed to use 1 strip of tape on each foot. At the end of the vacation, 10 strips used, no blisters, happy feet. What more can I expect from a product. Absolutely perfect for my experience. I still have 50 strips left for future visits to the water park.

I've bought about 6 different K tape brands from Amazon and this is the first one that actually worked! Instantly noticeable reduction in pain, good adhesion (I tested 4 of them in different spots for 2-5 days and none of them ever came close to peeling off even after lots of exercise and showers). Verrrrrry happy with this one, so glad I can stop experimenting with different tape brands and stick with this one!

KT tape is touted as the one to have, but I found I have a lot of issues with it coming off and the edges not securing. I searched the internet for others' opinions and found a youtube video where another girl with the same condition as myself and she said this was by far her favorite. So.. yep, I'm trying it.I have to say it's certainly a much better price than KT, but also works 10x better.
