Gau Badges of Hitler's Germany

It's okay book because I think it is a good work about Gau Badges, not many books about this specific theme.But I think lacks of more photos and variations of differents badges.

This is a good book to learn about the Gau Badges before you start buying them for a collection.Gives picture samples and some history about them.

Excellent book which covers a little known aspect of Nazi Germany's Alter Kampfer awards.. Shows the badges, their award cases & the document issued to recipient's.

The information is well-documented, the writing is intelligent and clear and the photos are pin-sharp and well-lit. Gau Decorations may not be a book for generalists, but advanced Third Reich collectors will be glad they added it to their library.

I believe that this is the only book on this subject in the English language. An excellent well illustrated and well written piece of research - - a wealth of information and a must for the collector !

Excellent work with fine illustrations

For those interested in this type of collecting, it is a great book to own!However, the seller should probably look at the items prior to going out the door. New is NOT a ripped jacked cover and food stains.
