Great for compression. Doesn't roll down like the arm only ones did. If you have sharp nails or wear jewelry the package recommended using gloves to take on/off. If you have filed short nails like me then I found I can just slip it on without issue. They are much easier to get on than compression socks and the texture really helped too. They breathe well and I plan on wearing over a sports bra daily.

I have adiposis dolorosa (Dercum's Disease) and it causes a slowed lymphatic system, neuropathy, muscle weakness, and generalized pain. I've been suffering from moderate to extremely severe arm and shoulder pain for months. The chiropractor recommended a brace for my posture, but I decided to research and found that compression garments are necessary for this disease. I am so glad I bought this. I received IMMEDIATE RELIEF as soon as I put these sleeves on. I wish I would have bought them sooner. My mother also has this disease, but uses a compression shirt. I have large, unbearably painful tumors on my abdomen and ribs, so that's out of the question for me. These are perfect and I don't find the underarms to be an issue at all, like others have mentioned. I even have very large lipomas and tumors, some the size of grapefruits. I normally wear a 3x and I purchased the 3x. It's the perfect amount of compression, without being too much. I wear compression normal stockings sometimes and they really bother me. This unique weave/pattern somehow works without causing the discomfort that other compression garments have caused me. I highly recommend this to anyone experiencing pain! Since wearing this, I haven't cried from the pain! Definitely a great improvement in my quality of life. My husband, who is normally extremely thrifty, has encouraged me to buy a few extras, and to buy them in both colors. That's how amazing they are!

It arrived I love these compression sleeves and pants. However the arm sleeves arrived with 5 runs in the left side sleeve by the wrist band. The two pairs of pants arrived a few weeks ago and they are lasting good no problems with runs so far and I wear them every day with no problems. I believe with this arm sleeve I just got a faulty one. However I will keep them and see how it last as I don’t want to return and wait for a replacement.

Great material Get one smaller I returned 3X and I got extra large I’m in love with the fit. I’m in love with the material. Previously, I ordered six different brand none of them fit, right The product design the material is amazing Well, worth the money The second pictures is the light it’s not see-through and the material it is thick

I love bioflect, however, these sleeves arrived smelling of some type of cologne or detergent, I'm not sure which. The capris that I ordered, also arrived with this smell. No matter how much I wash these, I cannot get rid of the smell. The smell is so strong and nauseating I can only stand to wear them for a small amount of time before I have to take them off and wash them again. They leave this smell on my skin also. A shame because I love bioflect, they are comfortable and supportive.

I suffer from a condition called lipedema which has caused my arms to be very disproportionate to the size of my body. My upper arms are 23 inches around. With that said, I ordered these thinking it would make it easier to fit into my long sleeved tops. The material is not slick in any way, so if you can imagine sliding a pair of jeans over another pair of jeans, that is what it is like. There is nothing wrong with the product, but if you have very large arms like mine, it makes you feel like your arms are inflated like floaties for a pool. These would be great after an arm reduction surgery to help with proper healing.

these sleeves are very comfortable and I can wear them all day. Not sure how warm they will be in summer.

Measured and ordered by the chart and they fit perfectly. Took a couple of times for me to get the hang of getting the back part to settle in where I prefer, but after that I am in love and will be ordering a couple more on to of going ahead and trying some other pieces.
