What are the dimensions of each pan? (Diameter and height)

2 1/2 is 7 1/2 inches across 4 inches deep. Larger 9 inches across and 4 inches deep. I also got a full set of pots and pans. I really like them, BE SURE TO SEASON THEM. Instructions with pots.

are these safe for ceramic radiant glass cooktops?

Yes, the Essentials range is compatible with all cooktops except for induction.

Is nonstick coating Teflon ?

No the coating is not Teflon. Our nonstick cookware is also tested more strictly and frequently than required by food contact regulations to assure there is no detectable migration of lead, cadmium or soluble PFAS, including PFOA and PFOS.
