Great Knife
This is a great knife. It is stainless steel and very well made. It seems high quality and like it will last for a long time. The blades is sharp stainless steel and goes down to the handle which is a mix of stainless steel and a hard, smooth, and high quality black material. The handle is a good weight, making the knife very well balanced. The design on the handle of the mix of stainless steel and the black material looks very nice. This is a very good knife for doing a lot of different things while cooking. The knife is very comfortable to use. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good stainless steel, eight inch chef's knife. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

well balanced, sharp, but no knife sheath..
i love my knives... i cook a lot and i'm always looking for new knives. i got this one and was excited to try it out. got this in and it was nicely packaged. opened it and immediately i noticed how well weighted it was and it felt really comfortable in my hand. time for the test... i was planning on making pickled radish slices so this was the perfect time.. i consistently sliced through the radishes with equal thickness with barely no effort and balance of the knife was excellent. the knife came with a plastic guard that only covered the tip of it and it was a bit tedious to put on ans stabbed my finger several times.. i would have given this 5 stars had it came with a complete knife sheath. all in all i am very happy with this knife! (i was offered this product at a discount in exchange for me actually using it and giving my honest opinion and review.. that being said.. i rely on reviews when i make purchases on amazon therefor i always review honestly and fairly whether i get a discount or not.)

Great cheap purchase on a knife
Great cheap purchase on a knife! came very sharp but had lost a lot of its sharpness after about a month of use. Would definitely buy again! the knife looks really nice in person
