Bio Kult is an excellent make. I really know as I have been using their products for many years for my self and my clients, I am a nutritionist and practitioner.I really applaud the addition of these essential minerals and vitamins here. It is a great mix for any one who wants to add probiotics to increase their gut health as it is the governor of the health of the entire body. THIS IS A 2 A DAY FORMULA. !!!!!My experience with BioKults products is that the quality is very, very high and they really bring the guts back to healthy functioning.The fact that you can be sure this is safe and really good for you and your baby as it grows, is born and is fed is just fabulous. The supplements in here are so very necessary to health of mother and baby that I am delighted to see them in this form. You do need to take 2 A DAY AND ADD EXTRA VITAMIN D BUT THAT WOULD BE SO WITH ANY MULTI.A wonderful new product . In my view it is great for anyone to take who needs so great bacteria with so good supplements. I am delighted to see it. Easy to take capsules and in my view , great value for money. yes , not cheap but I will tell you good supplement cost money to make. If they are too cheap don't bother to take them.

I’ve tried taking this but it makes me really bloated with extremely bad indigestion by the end of the day. I know sometimes this can happen when you’re starting probiotics but it hasn’t gone away.If I stop taking it, my digestion goes back to my baseline within a day or so (not great, but better than when taking the capsules).Unfortunately, it’s not for me. Probiotics have highly variable results depending on your gut, so just because this doesn’t suit me, doesn’t mean it won’t suit you.

I’ve been taking these for several weeks now and although I can’t say I feel dramatically different, I have found I’m not getting as many digestive problems or feel as lack lustre as I had previously felt. I am not pregnant but because of my diet, I lack essential vitamins and also suffer digestive problems so as these tabs included bio cultures, I thought I’d give them a go. They are easier to swallow than most vitamins I’ve tried which is a big plus for me. Bio kult is a good brand and one I’ve used before so I’m confident in their quality. Personally, I think it takes months to see/feel a big difference when taking supplements, so I will continue with these as I’ve certainly felt subtle positive differences so far.

£16.95 seems a bit expensive as you only get one months supply, but the vitamins are good. Includes everything that's needed for the pregnancy and before and after pregnancy and it contains live culture.Overall, great quality, but expensive.
