This product has always worked well and I have purchased it (on and off of Amazon, as it tends to have back orders) for years, but it seems that there is an issue with production recently. I purchased two boxes in late June, and just opened them now to find every single tube in both boxes completely empty, just filled with air. So, I went and opened the two boxes that I got recently (forgot to cancel my autoship, as I already had more than I needed) to find both of those boxes with totally empty tubes as well. Some boxes show residue on the outside where it has clearly leaked out of the tubes, and one tube was busted open at the bottom. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them, and I am left looking for something last-minute as my kitty was due for treatment today. Not happy, will look for another brand from here on out.

I put it on one of my cats. There was a lot because it got in my hand, I put it on another cat and I didn’t check, but I just figured it went on, then the next cat, I put it on him and I noticed that nothing was there and I rubbed it nothing there. I shook the next bottle and it didn’t sound like anything was in it so I’m wondering if I over medicated my first cat? if the other one got anything, how can this be safe, if one is empty, how do I know if the other didn’t get too much?

I bought some at my local pet store and the tube was empty, I went for a replacement and all the tubes in both the boxes they had were empty as well. So I decided to order the exact same product (this product) from Amazon. And all 4 of the tubes are empty. It has to be a manufacturer error. I also called the number on the box

I like it but it's expense. It works.

I have gotten empty tubes of this product 2 times now.I realize this must be the manufacturer 's issue but I would expect quality control would not let this keep happening. This product works for my cats but I'm going to have to try another source.
