Honey Powder by Mike's Mix

So despite it saying powder it is Granulated honey. which was okay. The smell was of course what I expected which was honey and it did taste very good in my tea as a replacement for sugar. It also worked with my lemonade but if you were to bake something then it'll be a problem since the honey is granulated which I didn't mind but if I were to bake I would have to do the extra steps of grinding it up in a blender to make it more powdery. Other than that it is super reasonable priced and I highly recommend because compared to other "honey powder" they literally add sugar which is different than cane sugar which is all natural sugar from like fruits and junk and I love it.

Way more expensive than refined cane sugar, but also better in drinks and baked goods (stong honey taste obviously). Awesome for baking, rubs, bbqs, and the like as well. If you are looking to cut processed sugares down in your life, this might help you get there.

Well made product, no fillers 🙌, perfect taste! Everyone that likes honey needs to but this. Great for anyone on a keto diet as well.

I enjoy the product. But the listed price per ounce on amazon states that it is 0.78$ a ounce. One ounce is 2TBS and the listed serving size is 1TBS. The total TBS is 227. Converting this into OZs we get 113.5. Devide this by the price and we get 0.22$ a ounce. Is the listed price per ounce wrong or is their less than says on the package?

Amazing product! You can taste the honey in it, because IT'S 100% honey not like other products with sugar as the main ingredient and honey in a very small percentage. I love that it's a family business and it's US made. Also, the price is right, believe me when I say you won't go wrong with purchasing this dehydrated honey, it's the best I've ever had and I will most definitely buy it again and I will tell all my friends and family.

I am so happy with my purchase of honey powder. I love that this product isn't sugar with some honey added like alot of other products out there. It tastes just like honey! I use it to sweeten my natural toothpowder and my yogurt smothies. Glad that my money is going to a small US business too. Will be back for more!

Updated product review---I recently ordered this again as I am a frequent customer. I noticed with my last 2 orders the price difference and how the product details does not match what we're being charged. The product details indicate (2 lb Resealable Plastic Jar, $23.99 or 2 lb Resealable Bag, $19.99). I'm constantly receiving the bagged product but paying $24.99. My ratingh has changed from 5 stars to 3 due to overcharge and misleading info ////// I only wish they had larger sizes. I recommend this brand to so many of my friends and family. I've been ordering this since 2022. I hope they never change their formula and awesome quality

I enjoy hot tea a lot and this is a wonderful solution to sweetening my tea without artificial ingredients. It tastes exactly like honey and is far less of a mess if you spill it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a tasty honey flavor.
