These are actually really tasty.But let's start form scratch here. I like protein bars very much, I train a lot and sometimes I fancy something sweet, a protein snack is quite handy those times. I have tried USN, Quest, and some other stuff from GSK... but to be honest, these are surprisingly well done. No matter if flapjack, or just a regular bar, one will always taste the protein powder they added, that's just normal... however, these flapjacks cover it very well, perhaps because of the oats, I dunno, but this morning I just had this "OMG, they're delicious" moment and I think I will continue with this bar than others. Unless they are unavailable and I try another type.Anyhow, bottom line is, when getting protein bars/flapjacks, whatever, don't expect them to taste like a snikers or whatever, that will never happen. It's because of the ingredients or rather what's missing in them. :) BUT, these bars are good, they taste delicious, but everyone favors different things, so I would advise to give them a try, they are worth their money.I was hesitant too at the beginning, because some reviews indicated "terrible" and "disgusting", but they ain't too bad.

I’ve ordered these many times and all the flavours are usually good. This time the flapjacks were very dry and tasteless. They are in date, but taste awful.

Denn mit LOW Carb ist hier nix - allerdings mit Hochqualitäts-Carbs aus Hafer gewonnen, das schon. Und das Eiweiss bringt es dann noch mehr. Und schmecken tut MIR persönlich das Ganze auch sehr gut.Hier haben wir nun auf 100 Gramm 360 kcal/1504 kJ, mit 8,8 Gramm Fett - davon 5 Gramm ungesättigte Fettsäure, hochwertige Kohlehydrate mit 50 Gramm, davon NUR 2,7 Gramm Zucker. Protein/Eiweiss mit 25 Gramm, Ballaststofe mit 3,5 Gramm. Zusätzlich ist Phosphor mit 207 mg und Vitamin E mit 6,44 mg enthalten.Diese Box hier enthält nun 12 Riegel von je 70 Gramm einer Süssigkeit ohne Sünden, die sich Flapjack nennt. Wenn Ihr in den USA wart, kennt Ihr die eventuell in einer anderen Form ;). Diese hier sind mit einem Joghurt-Topping und Waldbeeren-Geschmack. Sie sind auch nicht allzu bissfest. Somit hat ein Riegel 270 kcal, 6,6 Gr. Fett - ungesättigt 4 Gramm, KH 37 Gramm, davon 2 Gramm Zucker und 19 Gramm Eiweiss.Nun, jede/r von Euch muss wissen, was sie oder er will. Ein REINER Eiweiss-Riegel ist das hier nicht.Hier wird auch auf die Carbs gesetzt und den fast nicht vorhandenen Zucker. Also kann ein Riegel mit 270 kcal gut auch in eine Muskelaufbau-Diät bei gleichzeitigem Fettabbau eingearbeitet werden. Das müßt Ihr - wenn vorhanden - mit Eurem Coach absprechen oder der Ernährungsliste folgen. Preislich liegen DIESE Riegel eher im unteren Preissegment, was ja auch ein Vorteil ist.Ich werde jetzt auch den Riegel mit PHD Protein Flapjack - Apple and Raspberry (12 Riegel), 1er Pack (1 x 900 g) bestellen. Der kostet 3 Euro mehr je Kilo, jetzt schau ich 'mal, ob er das Wert ist.Wer nur an der Süssigkeit an sich interessiert ist, kann solch einen Riegel von 70 Gramm auch gut in 2 Hälften von je 35 Gramm und dann je 135 kcal teilen. Und dann halt auf zwei Mal über den Tag hinweg verputzen. Mir schmeckt's...

As described and does the job

Got these cheap through the sub and save option, I think I paid £11.99 which is less than a pound a bar which in my opinion is good as PhD are usually expensive. 12 in a box and were delivered on time as expected. There wasn't much flavour of sorts but this didn't bother me..one in the morning with my breakfast did the trick. All in all they were 'okay' nothing special but filed a hole for a cheap price.
