It was as big as expected and what’s up well enough to get the job done.

This is a wonderful heating pad . Just the right size and temps are perfect for my needs . I did have an issue with the item stopping working after having it only two months . I contacted support. They were very responsive. Sent a video of the issue as asked and within days I had a new one at my door ! Can’t ask for better service than that!

Love the fabric and the size! I am only giving the heating pad 4 stars because it does shut off after 10 minutes. I wish the auto shut off was a little longer. We have just been turning it back on again, it hasn’t been a big deal. We have had the heating pad for about a month and have had no problems. It’s been great for pain relief.

Just knowing the covering can be washed is a plus.

Works like a charm. Turns off automatically after being in for a while. Multiple heat settings. Great for muscle pain, cramps, etc.

I've used many different heating pads, so I have a lot to compare them to. This heating pad heats up quickly, but it only stays hot for about 30 minutes, and then it cools down a bit. It stays warm, but not hot. I like my heating pad to stay hot consistently through the 2 hours (before it automatically shuts off). The coverage is enough for what I use it for - mainly my abdomen or back. It's easy to use, and has a decent amount of heat levels (more than average).

The heating pad is fine but the pictures in the description are not accurate to the size of the actual product. I know that it is listed in the description but for those of us who also use the pictures to determine if the product is the correct size for us, it is a bit deceptive, it will not cover from shoulders to knees.
