Recently acquired a stray little guy who had a ravenous appetite but did not seem to be drinking much water. We drink bottled, so that was what we put out for him..Switched to filtered that I use for cooking - no change...Straight tap...nope. A little research led me to an article about pets who do not like "still" water - who knew??? This fountain changed all of that! Absolutely silent, night light with on/off switch, easy clean/assembly (we are not using the provided filters because we change the water daily). And best of all Jack the cat loves it. Have purchased several more as hostess gifts for Wine Night (pets welcome). All have been a hit - all for just 20 bucks!

Our 2 cats love this! They weren't fans of drinking from a dish. We adopted them both not knowing much about them but I knew we didn't want them going for the toilets. I was drawn to this one because of it having a light.It's silent, we only hear it when it needs more water. Holds quite a bit of water, too! I use salt, hot water, and a scrubber to clean it once a week and the cats like that way better because it doesn't cause distaste in the plastic elements. The cords nice and long, and I like that I can turn the light off if I need too (though we leave it on since it gives a nightlight to the cats litter box and supply room). It's been working great, with no issues, and we're happy with it.

This cute little water fountain was a purchase I made for someone who has 2 cats that are her babies. I thought it would be a nice addition for them and something different from their everyday routine. I got a video and a call saying thank you so much for thinking about all of them because it brought a little something special to their day. Not to mention it has a filter so it has health benefits on top of the ambiance and decorative features. You may want to add a little mat underneath because it was very exciting when it first arrived. They couldn’t decide if it was a fun new water toy or not. Eventually after a few days they started seeing more spots to clean litter box, which is always a good thing because cats can get dehydrated sometimes. Build quality is great and maybe set a reminder for changing the filters it only comes with one additional replacement in box.

I purchased this item July of last year. It has worked great until yesterday when it stopped pumping/dispensing water. I kept up on on the maintenance of the fountain and I'm always on time with cleaning filters so I don't understand what happened. I checked the pump and it's clean. The light turns on, the pump makes a sound but it's not doing anything. I tried reached out to the company about this but when I try to submit my inquiry I'm told the page is found. Less than a year and now I'm stuck with all the extra filters, no customer support, and I have to spend more money on a new fountain for my cats. Very dissapointed and will not buy from this company again.***UPDATE*** After my review the company reached out to me quickly. The customer service rep was apologetic and wanted to make things right. Apparently it's a problem with the pump and offered to make it right by sending me a replacement pump. I'll update again when I receive it.

This little fella is awesome. It replaces a cheaper one and is miles better. We love how it keeps a good amount of water fresh and flowing for a quick refreshing sip anytime! It is well built and the pump is much better than the prior unit that broke too soon. It is easy to clean and you can even put Mio in it for an extra zip with every sip. My family really enjoys it and it is a great conversation item when guests come over- they all want to try it and have gotten their own too!It has already outlasted the prior one and shows no sign of struggle to pump nonstop. It will even pump champagnes and other drinkable liquids. I’m going to get more for our nightstands I think to make a midnight trip to the fridge water unnecessary or instead of still/stagnant water in a glass there! Enjoy!! !

Above and beyond my expectations. I had a stainless steel one but it kept getting that slick feeling to it even though it was said not to get that. The motor broke about 2 months after having it. I am so happy with this one. My cats love drinking from the water coming off of the flower. I cleaned it and the motor like suggested and it went great. It was easy to do and there was no slick feeling at all.I am very happy with this purchase!
