This transducer with my Garmin Striker works very well and would recommend them to anyone who is ice fishing!

After messing around with the boat deucer hooked to a selfie-stick and a chunk of pool noodle (which did work decently), finally got this and it's much easier to use and works great.

I didn't want to have to remove the transducer that came with my sonar unit from my kayak to use for ice fishing. This one works fantastic. It hangs straight in the hole unlike the other transducer that I had to fiddle with to hang just right. Also the silicone cord stays very flexible even in the cold. It Picked up a very small tungsten jig with no problem. Very accurate!

Works great for my striker 4 and stiker 4cv

Took a while to get here but I replaced my boat transducer on my Striker 4 with this for ice fishing and quality increased drastically. Much better definition and I don't have to keep dealing with the angle changes due to ice build up on the float.

If you plan to use on a unit that has 8 or 12 pin plug for transducer you will need an adapter. The 8 to 12 pin adapter part number is 010-12718-00.

I bought this for the sole purpose of using it for ice fishing. After all, it is a dual beam Ice Fishing Transducer. Even at -25C the cable is flexible. It does not work with the Clear Vu on my Garmin Striker 4 Vivid, but it does all it needs to do. As far as I can tell it is +/_ about 3-5 ft on depth accuracy, but that isn't a deal breaker, if it shows fish at 20 ft. I drop my line until it is showing at 20 ft. Simple enough. I used this extensively all winter and it has held up. Treat it kindly, and it will work for you. Great Product.

Works with the clear veiw function on my garman fishfinder

I bought this for one of my Garmin fish finders so I can turn it into an ice fish finder permanently. It it shows you your jig and you could follow your jig up and down and you'll actually see the fish come in through the side of the screen come up to your jig follow your jig up and as you're raising your jig the fish will follow and you'll watch the fish bite The jig and The jig will disappear and then you set the hook it's great.

I have had it out ice fishing once so far. I have my Garmin striker 5 tuned in beautifully with this ducer. It showed up in the settings as the incorrect freq, I changed it and no issues.
