Love buying the lonely planets for my collection. The Indonesian one didn't disappoint. Has all the information you need for every budget. All the main attractions and more, and all the top tips to make your trip go as smoothly as possible.

I have always leant on the Lonely planet guides for well researched and insightful travel advice and recommendations and this up to date offering was no exception.

Amazing book full of lots of great information and amazing stops to explore! Gives you prices of activities etc and activities in each area and how to reach these places. Reason for 4 stars is that there’s no images to show you what all these places look like - have to do a lot of searching to see what they look like

This was good guide for my trip to Indonesia. It contained useful recommendations for everywhere we visited, both large and small. However, since the guide was written pre-covid, it is need of an update. A lot of the businesses this guide talks about went out of business due to the pandemic, and it is in need of a refresh to take account of this.
