This is the best roller for the back I have used to date, and I have tried several of them.

I agree with another reviewer who said this was one of the best rollers they've ever used. I have all kinds of mobility tools in my home gym, including several different sized foam rollers, and this one fits my body the best. I immediately noticed I didn't have to work nearly as hard to hold myself up on the roller and it just feels natural. No obnoxious ridges or bumps awkwardly poking into your muscles or spine while rolling.I get a much better stretch through my upper back and pecs when placing it under my scapula and reaching backward with arms overhead than I do with a traditional roller. Whoa. Total game changer. This would make a cool gift for the fitness lovers in your life. I'll probably get a few more and give them away.

La calidad de este foam roller esta muy buena. Lo compre me llego rápido a los Cabos. Causar muy buena y sensaciones buenísimas en esos músculos que necesitan trabajo. Con este y con el triggerpoint normal y dos bolas de frontón ya tienes para cuidar tus músculos al máximo. No compren nada más con esto aprendan bien a usarlo y les ayudará ))) saludos
