39-55" PTO Shaft

Following an act of sheer stupidity, I found myself in need of a new PTO drive shaft for my rotary cutter. After looking at the price and availability from my local farming supply store and the tractor dealership, I turned to Amazon to see if there was a workable alternative. When I found this shaft and saw the price, I couldn't believe it was correct. It appeared to have all the right specifications, but was only 1/3 the price of the farm supply store and an embarrassing percentage less than the tractor dealership... so I ordered it. It arrived quickly and upon unboxing, I realized this is a fantastic deal! It is relatively heavy construction, was well-lubricated from the factory and appeared to have the right fittings on each end. Connecting it to the tractor and rotary cutter only took minutes and was far easier than I expected (considering the amount of usage I have on the equipment). I immediately took it out and mowed a couple acres without issues. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

I left a bad review because ups lied about delivering this so they can make thier quota i guess i tried to call them out on it and was unsuccessful in speaking to anyone that knows anything except telling me they are sorry. I did recieve the shaft; installation and function is perfect - long duration is still to be known but for the price if this has decent life i would definitely recommend and repurchase would be a five if it held up after some wear and tear but i have only used it once and not very hard on it yet

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Absolutely no complaints. Using it on a JD 3025e for a 5ft bush hog. Super easy to disassemble and cut. Remember to buy it long enough to keep 1/3rd overlap

I bought this to use on my restored brush cutter. It works great and has been for months.
