I wish they had included these with my original shade order
The shade I ordered was missing these parts, and because I ordered it in the fall, it was spring before I tried to install it. The company was apologetic, but didn't offer to send me the parts, so I had to order them myself. Once I got them, it was a piece of cake to install and the shade has been working great since then.
