Skeptical at First… Now the Rodents Live Somewhere Else
I was very skeptical about trying yet another mole/vole/whatever-away product. I’ve heard that promise before. But surprisingly, this stuff actually works. My yard used to look like an underground transit system. I started putting these granules down after heavy rains, and over time the tunneling just stopped. No more surprise ridges, no more guessing where the next hole would pop up. It’s been months now, and the yard has stayed tunnel free. The critters have relocated to the neighbors’ yard. (Sorry, neighbors.) I even put some under the deck where the dog loved to dig. That problem stopped too. Apparently whatever offends rodents also offends dogs, because she wants nothing to do with that area now. No more refilling holes. If you’re tired of fighting an endless underground war, this stuff is worth trying. I’m officially a believer.

I just cannot believe....
I just cannot believe the amount of people that will leave a negative review all because they lack common sense to use a product properly. *slaps forehead* Like seriously people?! I've seen people say the nozzle doesn't work, you can't tell when the product is running out, etc. Like people, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE! I opened the package, shook the bottle before hooking it to my hose, then attached the bottle to my hose. I then turned on my hose then turned the nozzle to the "on" position on the bottle. I then sprayed the affected areas. Liquid looked pretty clear to me but still.. i never assumed it didn't work. I simply kept spraying and could see on the side of the bottle where there is a clear strip that shows the amount of liquid inside. I watched that strip as i sprayed and saw the liquid began to move and mix inside. That indicated to me it was mixing with the water. I then began to smell the castor oil as I'm spraying because believe it or not, castor oil does have a distinct smell. I then placed my hand in front of the liquid for a few seconds and then rubbed my fingers. I could feel the oil on my hand literally thick along with the water. I said all that to say it works! Use the common sense God gave you. If you think it's not working simply shake the bottle or place your hand under the solution and you'll be able to feel that the mix is coming out properly. You can't be pissed at the product because you're not smart enough to know how to properly use it. *Rolls eyes*

Finally, a Solution for Mole Madness!
I swear, moles have been the bane of my lawn for years. They seem to pop up new tunnels right after I knock down the old ones. I decided to try the Tomcat Mole Killer after reading that it actually looks and feels like their natural food (earthworms), and applying it was super easy. You just poke a hole in the active tunnel and drop a piece in. The good news is, I definitely saw a drop-off in new activity immediately. My usual daily tunnel patrol turned into a weekly one, which is a huge win in my book. The fact that it's designed to kill in a single feeding gives me some confidence that I'm actually dealing with the problem, not just shifting it down the lawn. Now, for full disclosure, I hit the button on this pretty late in the season, probably later than I should have. The ground is getting colder and they're slowing down anyway. So, while things look quieter now, the true test will be next spring. If I open the season tunnel-free, this stuff is getting five stars. For now, it’s a solid win for how easy it was to use and the instant slowdown in tunneling.

Effective
Does the job. However you have to use a lot. Moles are like rats, there are families of them.

Melted
Ordered 2 boxes. One box was good, but 2nd box worms were totally melted down. Had to open packs trying to find a good one. Must return almost empty box for this reason. Hope I get refund/ replacement requested. Kept in the house where it was cool as well. Too expensive for this to happen.

Crossing our fingers- hope it works
I hope it works! After using a organic treatment to kill grubs; worms to control moles that have attacked our yard all of a sudden, we put down the repellent granules. Hopefully the repellent granules will deter the moles to go else where. I love the fact its natural and not harmful to pets. If we see signs of moles, we’ll sprinkle some granules over the mold holes.

They don't do much good if they arrive as melted goo -- a 2020 update
UPDATE -- After more than a year of using Sweeney mole worms, which work fine, I took advantage (Ha!) of a discounted price on Tomcat mole worms, giving them another try after the experience you can read below. I purchased four boxes. The first one opened contained melted goo, as in 2017. As I type this, I'm on line with a Tomcat live chat support person, who is working on a refund. I like the mole worms -- they work great -- and I like that they stand behind their products when the manufacturing process goes wrong. What I don't like is that the manufacturing process goes wrong. We own a five-acre property. Most of our neighbors do nothing to control the moles on their five- to 10-acre properties, so many of the moles migrate to us. We get a lot of mole attacks each year. I've purchased most types of mole traps made and used a shotgun. All work, but are a lot more trouble than mole worms, which provide the easiest solution by far. I wish Tomcat could figure out what is going wrong. They make a good product. I had to return my entire last order of Tomcat Mole worms because the worms were melted into their packaging and unusable. I have now purchased five defective boxes of Tomcat Mole worms out of the last six. Obviously, I use a lot of them on our 5-acre rural property and have for several years. This is my second attempt at reviewing the product because of what appears to be an on-going issue with either their shipment or their manufacture. I included photos of the melted worms and a longer review and it was rejected without explanation. The worms do kill moles, but they don't do much good if they arrive as melted goo.

Not too sure they did the job I followed the instructions but found I had to resort to an old style mole trap

This works well

Didn’t work for us. Probably works under laboratory conditions but fails in the real world. Often found the bait in subsequent moles hills. Moles not only have a sense of humour but they are not stupid either. They are not fooled by the pretend worm that looks and feels a lot like it would be out of place in a Haribo worms bugs and spiders sweet mix.

Doesn’t work not worth the money.

I bought every trap you can get with limited results. Got this as a last measure as there were mixed reviews. I wore gloves to handle the product and cut each worm in three. Found raised tunnels in lawn as opposed to mounds. Poked hole in the top, dropped a section of worm in and two days later not a sign of them. My garden in my new house sits atop a mole empire, mounds all over every morning. So im very happy to see none this morning. Now I'm armed for the future as I'm surrounded by fields full of them. Hate to murder animals but I want garden!
