I love this product and have been using it for years when I feel a cold coming on I start taking 3x a day to ward it off and it either prevents me getting sick, and shortens the time I'm sick significantly/lessens the severity.

I have been taking these for about 5 years. I haven't had the colds I used to get, and when I get a cold, it is gone really fast. I do feel like I have avoided a lot of illnesses by taking them! I won't stop taking them!!!

I using is when I feel a cold coming on and I take 2 caplets twice a day for three to four days. It just about keeps the cold away. I reduces the effect and chances of you really expierencing a cold. I use it for the flu also and I expierence similar results of minimizing the effects and lesseneing the duration. On my list of best things I spend money on in my life this product is one of them.
