Apologies was wondering why it wasn’t working. Found for storing pre order purposes the batteries inserted have thin strips. Between connections you have to remove before use. I didn’t notice until I investigated now it’s working perfectly well smells thankyou. I’m going to re order a couple more again thanks. Maybe for us old folks you can maybe indicate on packaging you have to remove these strips

Instructions hard to find and l found it difficult to open as my sight is bad and arthritis in my hand. It has a nice aroma but l won't buy it again unless it shows how to open it

Why did you choose this product over others?:Excellent air freshener. Refills last a long time. Works best with durable, the batteries included don't last long.

I really like this with cat trays in the passage the motion sensor is great, we keep it well away from them but just go near it and it does off, the scent is beautiful and you get 3 of the refills in total.The plus is this comes with batteries just open the back take the tag out and set on the level you want for scent and that's it working , the front lights as it detects motion and sprays into the air.The only issue I have with this is only had it since the 23rd November and already had to replace the batteries, am still on the same refill which seems they do not last long , but added some stronger battery's so will see, otherwise would been 5 stars for sure .
