I highly recommend this product for anyone using a Sony HDR CX405 camcorder
The charging cable is easy to connect to the mini USB cable in the camcorder. The wall adapter makes it easy to charge the battery. What is best, is that one can charge the battery without having to remove it from the camcorder. By far, this is the best charging unit yo use with the Canon HDR-CX405

It comes with a 6amp charger which charges everything super fast
This charging cable was a bit longer than the one that came with my Sony camera. I was really glad to get it. Good quality and now has an awesome 6 amp charger with it! I've been without the original cable for a couple of years so I welcome the new one!
