Awesome test strips!
They are very easy to use, consistent accurate results and gives me peace of mind that the water quality is good for my fish!! I did compare them to my old test strips that I had a few left when I purchased these and they both gave me the same results. I had read other reviews of other test strips that were not accurate and the reviewer felt the test strips were defective so I compare tested with the few Tetra brand ones I had left that worked great but were much more expensive. I highly recommend these. Accurate, easy and more for the price of big name brands out there.

Always by my hand
Love those strips. I have been a "nerd aquarist" for years. I have all the tests and checkers I can buy in the market. I have used all of them simultaneously. Strips, test tubes with liquid drops, digital checkers... These strips are reliable, and if not, must be due to a bad packaging, not being properly stored, or sometimes one can be color blind. The only test method that can offer a properly reading is the digital checker (hanna inst. i.e.) Often times the "policy of fish" in every website will kill those strips due to the lack of accuracy but they recommend instead the classic drops with the test tubes. There are lots of reviews here in Amazon about those classic test tubes with drops; the tubes don't have much accuracy either. In the low range the tubes can be a few more precise but they are not so easy and ready to use, not to mention the toxicity of their reagents. In the high range the strips are for me more easy to read, specially the toxic nitrites. So then, after testing my aquariums water daily (often times a day) with many different methods, I can tell you what works for me. Everyday I use the strips, just dip two seconds and you are ready to go. Then if I detect any problem I go direct to my digital checkers. The strips react properly, that's okay they don't have 100 % accuracy (classic API test tubes either) but they will tell you something instantaneously. Specially for nitrites and chlorine, for me are the most important parameters that I check everyday. Never lost a fish with that ones. I always have them ready.

Easy to use and the direction are easy to follow.
The colors are vibrant and show up very well on the strips.

You need to test frequently for nitrates!
Love it,helps me make sure of water quality, especially nitrates which can be fatal to especially new fish in tank. And with a 100 strips, you can feel free to test as often as needed! Literally gives you a reading in one minute!

Inaccurate PH readings
Ph consistently reads LOW like 6.6-6.8 when my tank is really 7.2.7.4. A new test tube PH test kit confirmed this reading. The rest of the readings seem accurate...I guess. Before buying this kit with 100 strips, I used a kit with 25 strips for about same price and PH was accurate. So maybe more is not always better.

Great strips for the money.
After testing several water sources, I took a sample to my local fish store. Their more accurate test came out almost exactly what my readings were.

Easy to use
Easy to use and simple instructions. Seems somewhat accurate compared to my liquid test kit but purchased these while waiting on a liquid test kit.

Clear water Cleaner
This product does NOT do anything. I used it and waited 3 days for the tank to clear up. It was as cloudy as the day I put it in. I tried a 2nd time after the 3 days and although it may work to reduce or remove ODOR it does NOT clear the tank. My tank is still cloudy and I have checked the chemicals which are all in line. The tank only has 6 fish in it and is 100 gallons. Why can't it clear up. This product does not work. Sorry
