Can this be used as a wind shield for a small table top sized fire pit that uses bio-ethanol fuel?

It will probably work if the diameter is wide enough. The largest I’ve seen for sale are 6” diameter. That may work for your table top fire pit.

what is the actual opening size on the 4.7x10? Usually it's less than stated inside measurement.

Product was true to measurements. My 4” diameter candle fit with about 1/4” to spare all around which was exactly what I needed.

I have a 2 piece candle holder- the measures of the outside rims are: the top piece 4 1/8", the base piece 4 1/4". Can you advise me about measures?
